The "Master Cleanser" & "Oil Pulling"

I am new to this forum and have not yet really introduced myself, but I will. I was just wondering if anyone has heard of the "The Master Cleanser" it has been around for 60 years or so. It is a fast that you do that will completely detoxify and rebuild every cell in your body, as well as well as flush out your liver, colon, kidneys and everything else in between and make new again! I am starting on this tomorrow and plan on going on it for 40 days. I will update my progress with you all. Of course you can go on it shorter like 10 days, but I feel for me 40 will work.

Karma, it's funny you brought that up. I started a fast today. I am familiar with the master cleanse fast. I am doing a fast with Barley Green and fresh juice. I am trying to get my PH level up. I found today it is very low.

Hi gonnagetcha Do keep us posted.Have you tried bubba`s treatment steps.I find them the most effective way to relief.

Yes. I have been doing them I am just fed up and want them out! So I figure why not flush there little you know whats out of my body...the first thing to get cleared up in your body when you go on the "master cleanse" is mucus. Then your lungs, kidney's so and so fourth they all get flushed and re-knew-ed. To me it's worth the sacrafice of not eating. I will be saving some money, money that no doubt will just go towards the dang fiber aXX holes that are present. What do we know about the fibers? They are alive right, but what do they do exactly? Do they turn into the creature within us? I know they grow longer if you don't find and destroy them. Do they wedge themselves inside of you? Do they have eyes and a head? It's just all so freaky! Anyways, the "oil pulling" is a miracle healer itself, here are both the links.

Everyone at my church is doing the master cleanse right now, but since I had already been fasting due to my illness and lost too much weight too quickly, I didn't think this was good for me personally. I believe that the lemonade/cayenne/pure maple syrup seems cleansing, but I was staying far away from all sugar in the beginning. I have been drinking lots of lemonade without sugar and eating lots of organic greens, etc.

Everyone at church is pleased with the results, but none were sick, but rather overweight.

I ate cupcakes on Friday for my son's birthday and I had no increase in activity so I think the meds are working more than any fast was for me. I fasted practically for 2 months and still was getting bitten badly.

Just my personal opinion.
