Default Disease Nutrition for Dummies (haha just kidding)

That is my summary of Disease Nutrition for Dummies.


Broccoli, onions and garlic are a few of the BEST foods to eat every day to keep the blood clean from diseases.

Onions contain Sulfur, vitamins and minerals beneficial to the body such as Vitamin A, B, C, E, K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc.


Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C, iron, fiber, potassium, vitamin A, calcium, zinc, magnesium, carotene, and vitamin B

All can be used in the fight against cancer, osteoperosis, diabetes.

For sure though, cancer is related to an overgrowth of candida.

I really am hungry now =)
I luv how you list the vitamin content of the food...
IMO if you are going to use a Vitamin/mineral supplements you should look for a liquid supplement (sublinguals too)... might be a bit more $ but your body can really absorb so much more than capsules or pills.... like 80 t 90 percent more =)
