Kat, I think the heavy metal connection to fungus and mold is key. Mercury, iron, and also what Venetia has been saying all along about radon and radiation....etc.

Dehumidfiers are very helpful in your type of environment (in addition to air purifiers).
Does your purifier have a filter with a minimum MERV rating of at least 13? Does it have additional features, like negative ion generator, ozone generator, or UVC light?
These are the 4 things that will clear your air the best.

For sunlight, you might consider replacing all your lightbulbs with (real) full spectrum bulbs: Compact full spectrum fluorescent bulb for providing full spectrum lighting for birds

What puzzles me is that:
The bathroom has no window just a fan, it is by the side of my room. There are water pipes who ran behind my wall when the water runs from the other apartament upstairs, I get static.
The bathroom is dump, when I open the door I feel the dump air but I think my room is not that dump because of static, I shock all the time, lat night I also shocked on my computer and I had no insole. Also yesterday I shocked by leaning on the wall!!!
Static is dry environment.
So the house is dump but I am not sure if my room is dump or just full of static. I had a not so great night and something might have come out of my arm scar ( I have a good sized scar from a dog bite a few years ago), all I know is WEIRD!!!!!!!! The whole shape of the scar is red as if "something"detached from there. Crawlings.... I was lint rolling my bed and turned the pilow ( wrapped in vinyl) to the other side, the in side, and tons of fabric pills there... puzzle... how did they get there? I mean I use two pillows one face the other and then one faces me, it was between the pillows... and some very curly tiny "hairs"here and there.
Was searching For Infrared saunas over here... and will make an appointment for the week.
I changed all my lamps to the UV type even though I burn lamps every week...
I would not like to move, but maybe is better if I do...

Thanks everyone. I'll try Mel's protocol with some added things from the video. Thanks LC for that. I don't think I'll try the vanderbuilt protocol just yet as it looks like it requires close doctor supervision and I just don't have enough money.
Jee, I would definately leave the basement, that's where I came down with it! I had a damp basement apt. that would flood with a half in. of rain when it rained really hard. Once a month I'd have to mop but I only paid $150/mo., so I thought it was a great deal. BOY WAS DEAD WRONG!!! I would give anything to go back and pay 10x the rent for a good place and not have this disease!!! Now, all my money, time, possibility of a relationship have all gone down the crapper! MOVE-MOVE-MOVE! It may not be too late, but you cannot take anything with you that you cannot sterilize (wash with enzyme or otherwise clean morgs. off.)
Sometimes I just want to live in a single room that I can hose down with enzymes and sleep in a hammock immersed in enzymes! I'm feeling like HELL right now! I better get off before I say something really stupid. ~HH

Actually the cost of what treatment I have received is reasonable. I have no insurance but paying as I go is how I have had to do it. keep in mind that I had CNS involvment and was very sick in the beginning which is why for a time I needed I.V. Therapy.

I want to also allay the fears regarding anitibotics they are NOT bioweapons. The have been around for a long time. If I had to take the predacessors sulpha drugs I am allergic to them and I would have died back then. They are NOT poison either. Some people are allergic to them but allergies can exist with herbs and naturals too.

No antibiotics do not do much but make the disease lay down. This is true. However even those who take naturals do not get cured either. there is NO cure for Morgellons Disease. Both options can be helpful for better quality of life however. Also remission is possible. However to assume this disease is "gone" is not a good idea. Maintenance is good to ensure it is at bay.

Keep in mind early traditional medicines were first derived from plants. That not all herbs are safe and can be poisionous or dangerous if taken incorrectly. Any treatment has risks and either choice can become costly.

I want this disease to be someday recognized and for future generations of those with Morgellons to not suffer the ridicule many including myself and others have had to endure.
