Default Cured or in remission...

Hi Guys,
Sorry to ask a negative question but this is something I have really been wondering from the start:

Is there anyone with this illness who has been cured?
Is there anyone with this illness who has gone into remission longer than a few months, and is currently maintaining that remission?

When I first realized I had Morgellon's I kept searching for people who meet the above, but the only ones i found were people who thought they were in that category but then fell back into the illness.

If I knew of anyone who was cured or in a long remission I would feel like there is more hope. But either way, I would rather know for sure.

Hi Fracty:
I've seen posts of individuals who believe that cures aren't in clear view because people may get well, then move on. Maybe they don't want to remember the illness or think about it on a conscious level until it appears at a later time, or maybe not at all. We live in such an information age that perhaps some vital information available gets buried, only to be found by serendipity.

Diseases thought incurable often disappear and people call it a miracle. Sometimes, medical folk may not be able to explain why people get well. So it happens thatl people sometimes do get well, in spite of the circumstances.

In my case, lately, adding organic apple cider vinegar, caprylic acid and grapefruit seed extract has been helpful along with the sea salt protocol.

Don't give up, because it appears people are getting well and often feel symptom free.

Blessings, Faithxoxoxoxoxoxo

fracty,

We've (my 10 year old daughter and I) have been in remission going on 1 1/2 years now. I had a relapse back in March '08 but after being desensitized again I have been healthy since.

We eat organic food as much as possible and never go to McDonalds or other fast food chains. We do not take any prescribed meds and I will never allow my daughter to get another vaccination. I'll just say she is allergic to latex!

I still have small lesions on my face and the m is still in my menses and poop, buggars, but I am strong with no brain fog or creepy crawly biting sensations. I no longer see black specks and glitter and my hair is back to normal.

The nematodes still live in my body, but I am very healthy! It seems like we leave each other alone.

I do a lot of "prayer" by talking out loud to the "M". I tell them that my body is sovereign and that the "M" is interfering with my life purpose. "GET out!" I say. Surround yourself with white healing light (like a spot light on stage). Smudge with sage, light some white candles and meditate. Watch what you eat. And find someone that practices Total Body Modification or Bioset. Also, Lymphatic massage is key!

fracty, there is hope!!! I know I will never face chronic joint pain, weakness, brain-fog, suicidal thought, creepy fibers, etc.... ever again.

Spotted dog said something about people that get better leave this site until they get sick again. I promise you that I will never leave this site and I haven't been sick for over a year now. Too many people need help and inspiration when they figure out they have this disease.

I will never break the chain.

A "Morgellons" recognition day to be celebrated on Sept 22 (fall equinox) has been discussed... I'm working on it!

There seem to be a few "official" days or even a month being declared Morgellons recognition times.
I'll start with the website Morgellons Thunder:

Morgellons Thunder - August Awareness Month

They have declared August as "Morgellons Awareness Month". They are also continuing the first Sunday in August as "Morgellons Prayer Day", which was started last year (was it Jo??). This year that is Aug. 2nd.

They are sponsoring, with the help of Abate biker club, a fund-raising and Morgellons awareness event on August 15th. Go to their website for details. It is very well organized and impressive. Laur G. deserves much applause for this "2nd annual bike run". I hope people lend support to this fledgling site and become members.

August 15th is also the target date for a possible rally in Tampa, and hopefully other regions around the country.

The CDC rally, being organized for Sept 18th, is being organized by Kelly P. (ppy1

Jonsi is looking at Sept 22nd for something in Arizona.

So there are several options, and anything that can be done - whenever - can only help.

SS
