Hey there!!

I don't think I was very clear in my last post. When my heart palpitations started, I had been taking NAC for a couple of months. Out of the blue, these palpitations started. After the occurence of these and ruling out NAC as the cause, I started a detoxifying herb I have used extensively. With the addition of this herb, my heart palpitations dissappeared. So, I am thinking these palpitations had something to do with endotoxins as the herb I used would bind them and help me to get rid of them.

The herbs I am referring to are the Cat's Claw, Sarsaparilla, and Kyolic 103, that you may have seen me post in JBS thread, "You can be healthy again". I had run out of Sarsaparilla, but started the CC and Garlic anyways. I believe I had a die off and was quite deficient in the detox. I have continued with the NAC. Again, I am quite pleased with NAC's effects on yeast.

And yes Tink, we will win. And those changes, well, I can't say as some of them weren't needed, atleast in my case.
