Hi....Just looking at sites for itchy ears FUNGAS Kritts, & they said about the spit test which I had forgotten about, I did it years ago.

You get a full glass of water & spit into it so that spit is at top, & if you have fungas the spit starts to go down in strings like tree roots, the longer & thicker they are the more fungas you have!!! the product they were recommending was called threelac,a natural product, Iv'e never heard of it....

You are too funny Spotted!!! YES! (I'm beginning to think my brain starts over every day, loses what it had before) I took that test 2 years ago! It was the Candida test and I passed (meaning I have it)with the hea vest spit you can imagine! I mean......they spoke of waiting to see how much eventually got to the bottom of the glass and as soon as I did it, it fell (no.... shot) to the bottom faster than me when I was a kid learning to swim.

thanks so much for bringing that up again! I'm actually afraid to take the test again. I'll use an old glass so the bottom doesn't smash out.

Doesn't anyone experience a film and/or foam like spit or saliva?

I used Marc N's mouth wash and learned from, it how peppermint helps. I have to dilute it because it hurts way too much. He says this is due to the infection.

During times when I ran out I have bought Peppermint with no fluoride and now I found a real nice one at Food Coop called:

Desert Essence Natural Refreshing
Tea Tree Oil Mouthwash with Essential Oil of Spearmint

Gargling with it brings all this white stuff from my throat.

It has other smooth ingredients also.

What a marketing ploy- "Essential". Maybe I have health issues because I didn't have all these "essentials" since I was born. Gee I never knew Oil of Spearmint was essential. I chewed spearmint gum does that count??
