Garlic/Salt/Water

there are so-o-o-o many things one can do....cumin, garlic, salt, peroxide/salt bath-sprays, vitamins, vinegar, just to name a few. over the past 4 years i have tried alot of stuff and found that this disease ADAPTS. i know that with the things i tried "pre-forum" seemed to cause a reaction which i thought (oh god, i just had a heckuva time spellin that word) was helpin me only to have it STOP workin all of a sudden. the cumin, the garlic....take all of it? do all of the things suggested? at the same time? i sound like a newbie but these questions just came thru the fog.............sorry brenda

Yea, I think giving them a power punch whammie is one of the things that works. I think that may be why the protocol works. It seems to go after all the potential causes, bacterial, fungal and parasite at once. .

I started using salt yesterday. I disquised it in tomato juice. I generally use NO salt, so I am sure my body and the morgs got a shock. Very soon after injesting, my stomach started rumbling and the big D started. Not bad, (like the first time I took the yeast cleanser- ugh!) but several trips to the b-room. I was not sure what to expect, but there were some suspect things that were "eliminated".
If you have not tried this, I think you should..........

I hope you didn't take too much salt to start out. Bubba outlined the 3 phases for the salt/C protocol. Please refer to #7 in the FAQ:

7. Q. How much vitamin C and salt should I be taking?
A. This is up to how much your body can tolerate. Drink plenty of fluids and increase when you are ready.
