Ummm. It could be a scam. But apparently, there are some people who have developed this condition argryia from taking silver products. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using the silver products. I just want people to be aware of what could happen to them and weigh their options. Having morgs, reddish orange hair from all the peroxide -- I don't think I could take walking around looking like a zombie . And I'm trying to look for a job.

I know you are trying to help people and I really appreciate that link. I just have an active reflex with those who put things out there as propaganda for people like us (you, me and all) to freak out about.

first of all, I don't see how it could make anyone's skin grey for EVER given the skin turns over cellularly on schedule and condition manifests itself based on nutritional input. I hardly think silver could have a long lasting affect on skin color.

Although I really am not a microbiologist, I do know enough to be sure that the terminal grey skin color is bogus.

I have been using the sovereign silver. I have used one small bottle so far. It did nothing to my skin color and I used it topically and in my mouth around the gums.
I think the people who turned colors were using ALOT and /or were using silver that was not made using the same technology that sovereign silver uses.
I have considered buying a silver generator, as I do think there is some validity to the belief that silver is anti-bacterial and boosts the immune system.
Just my opinion, but I would definitely NOT spend the $$ that the one silver product costs.

I know the more old fillings I get removed the better.
I know the one that was down in my jaw and made me so sick was called a silver point and considered toxic. So I do not understand why some one would do silver unless they are thinking like kimo therapy. I know it is not the same, but I do not want metals in my body. I have a hard time with jewelry of any sort too.

Thank you for your email and the article. I am fully aware of this and when I first read it (Years ago), I was horrified. I spent a great deal of time looking into it and even stopped making & supplying our Colloidal Silver until I found out more about it. Hey Krits

I understand exactly where you are coming from.

I've been using colloidal silver for about a month. I read Lisa's response to Chester (see below - July 1st). I started surfing the web trying to find out more about it. I'm going to finish the bottle that I have but I don't think I'm going to purchase anymore until I read up more about it. Some say the condition is irreversible. I don't know. I guess there are pro's and con's for everything. It kinda of freaked me out seeing the woman's photo and her skin turning gray as a teenager and having to live like that. Of course in today's technology we can manipulate photo's and everything else but there are supposedly documented cases of this happening. At what doses, other medical interaction, etc. I don't know. Just wanted to put it out there so anyone taking it or thinking about taking it could research themselves and make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, I'm unemployed and can't afford to see a doctor for treatment for me an my family. So much of the treatment protocols I receive here are from the generosity of the members of this forum. I'm truly grateful to have found a place where everyone tries to help each other out. As I said, I came across the link about argryia and wanted to pass it along.

I had some fillings removed also. However, my fear from what I read was the MERCURY. mercury appears to be very toxic.
I guess I will have to look into it further. I do know that silver was the "cure" of choice before antibiotics and that many of the supplements that are supposed to be the best contain copper, zinc, etc, so i am confused. What is good and what is not?

Im afraid its true. Too much silver can permanantly turn the skin bblue. I researched this several years ago. The good news its rare and you have to take massive amounts for that to happen and its usually people making their own. Im not positive but I think the colloidal is safe , at least thats what they tell you.
There was a girl whos skin started to turn grey on another message board from taking too much, luckily she stopped before it got to bad.
