Parasites HATE Vinegar

I was just made aware by a natural pracitioner that parasites really hate vinegar....

and recommended the following EASY drink

8 oz glass of water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

How easy is that.....drink several glasses a day but a least one

I have been trying to think of how much vinegar to give my mom to try and cut down on the choking she has, so thanks. I didn't know it was a teas to a glass of water. Hope this helps her.

It also good for the itching as well:

Relieve itching by using a cotton ball to dab mosquito and other bug bites with Vinegar straight
from the bottle.

Relieve dry and itchy skin. Add 2 tablespoons to
bath water.

yeah...........apple cider vinegar, honey and distilled water is what keeps my kidneys clear. i'm proned to kidney infections being hospitalized 3 times in the last 5 years. brenda

It may be so that these parasites don't like vinegar. One must, however, be careful that you do not erode the enamel of your teeth. Therefore I would recommend drinking it thru a straw, or for one to rinse out their mouths with water after drinking this.

also, Apple cide vinger can result in decreased potassium levels...
a potassium deficiency can be dangerous--we need a certain amount of potassium to regulate our heart rhythms, etc.
