Default Sea Lice

At this point I have no idea how I came across this, but I searched to see if it had been brought up on the forum already and didn't see anything. So here it is.

From farm raised salmon, for one, these sea lice are being reared because of the stagnant living conditions of the salmon in the controlled (badly) environment in which they are farmed.

I had been eating inordinate amounts of sushi prior to my situation, but there are so many things, like ALL OF ANY ABOVE possible causes, it could or could not be my situation. I don't see any of these in my scope, so I'm still thinking my deal is fungus. However, check out these pictures and see if they look like anything you've seen from your body.

(I think I've seen similar shots from our members, but not sure)

Just google sea lice and see what comes up. Check out the pictures below.

Dragonfly.... do these pictures look anything like your stuff?

Do you live near the ocean, or did you eat raw salmon?

Kritts -
I saw a doctor on TV the other day talking about big problems with parasites from sushi - I guess it is supposed to be frozen at least 2 hours at 10 degrees F, but often doesn't happen and a lot of people end up in ER's. I was about to suggest sushi was responsible to Morgs, but I've never eaten it...lol...

SS,

For a period of about a year, I was crazy for it and went to martini/sushi bars and restaurants and..........hey! you'd think the vodka would've taken care of any parasitic problems, huh?
