Happy Christmas Spotters!! It's early days with these docs, so I can't tell yet whether they are serious..hoping they dont cut and run right now. Hi Meg, Thanks for info,am so impressed with gel have ordered 4 more today as shop only had one left yesterday, I did'nt think to put drops on skin, I've been using gel on face & hands & the hard skin came off my hands, but it will be more economical to mix with drops.

I did have about a week of peeling where I applied the drops to skin directly. Make sure your fingers do not apply the drops. Use the bottle to skin application, then dab with clean fingers if you get too much running down your face or body. If you apply to finger first the skin on your finger gets the full benefit and the infection only gets the left over. It will burn but use your hand or paper like a fan if needed to cool the area. I promise you even with the small amount of burning the results in the end will floor you! I even got the drops in my eye one night, it burned for a few then back to normal. So don't worry if you do get it in the eyes it will not harm you. Sorry if TMI just want to fill you in as much as possible. Xoxo,

Great SD! Yes I take all mine at the same time, but not while I am drinking coffee. I try to wait at least 30min. after. The same with food. Be prepared for headaches and body aches, your neck may feel tight and you may feel a little crabby. If you add the drops of cell food to the gel and mix in cap, then apply the drops directly to the infections first leave for a moment to dry then apply the mix of drops/gel ontop again let dry a cpl x's a day these spots should be gone within a few days. Also if your skin gets dry in these areas and begin to peel use castor oil or olive oil in these areas under makeup and at bedtime to help these areas peel faster and ease the chapping. This is normal and will allow new fresh skin to take over the infections, you can also use olive oil mixed with sea salt as a scrub, but a little salt and go gentle while in show or right after you have washed your face. Hope this helps and keep posting the changes here. We can keep track together.
