| Sorry for my major prolonged absence and no-response to P.M. I have been A) disconnected from the web during my move-over. B) totally sunk within myself and catatonic with an introvert's grieving. C) working my tail off every minute washing everything before it comes over to the new place, packing boxes, loading my car, driving over, unloading, putting away, cleaning up, spraying down, walking the dog 3-4X day (used to have a doggie door and a big fenced back yard.), stopping at the store(s) to pick up those various little essential items that need to be replaced, or furnished, or added. Making 3 trips, in stead of one, because I am so scattered brained that I can't remember from one hour to the next what I needed and wanted. At LEAST, I have lost my appetite. This is a saving grace for me. It can always go either way--sometimes I go hog-wild and binge on cookies and candy until I am practically in an diabetic coma. Since I am already majorly overweight, I can simply pick on a little yogurt or slices of low-fat ham, and call it good. Went out for a BK grilled chicken salad at the fast food place for lunch, etc. Hey, I lost 70 lbs. with my first divorce 25 years ago; any bets on what the final total will be for this one?? Anyway, I haven't even made a dent in the pile of CRAP that is back at my old home that needs to be sorted into "throw/move/storage/rummage sell/goodwill give away" piles or boxes. My husband only wants me there while he's at work from 7am -5pm (naturally enough, he's feeling a little depressed and in pain , too.) We want to try and have the house cleaned up to put on the market by MAY. But every time I get there, I end up almost just wandering around in massive amounts of total OVERWHELM just looking at items and having my thoughts loop in circles about what do I want to do with what, while I just wander aimlessly around the rooms, until I get into somethings that are horribly dust covered and I get too bitten and I feel really weak & sick and have to sit down somewhere ELSE and relax for a little while until it passes. I just end up grabbing a few things for the apartment and clearing out of there half the time, without making ANY progress. I may end up throwing out ALL my possessions, or storing ALL my trash!!! Just because I cannot seem to sort anything right now, except the few essentials that I want immediately. THE DSP WEBSITE IS UP AND RUNNING. I AM FILLING ORDERS and going to the post-office regularly. I am NOT being any good about keeping up notifying folks about WHEN their shipments were sent out or are due to arrive, but they all get sent priority mail these days, and I will notify if it ISN'T shipped w/i 2 business days. The new Green cream is expected within the week, IF San Francisco Customs isn't too swamped by pre-Easter packages and they are "on-the-ball" this time... ALWAYS a guessing game! So, I am NOT finding time right now to read and keep up with our community here. Please forgive my absence. I am thinking about all of you, and I will be back. Some of you have my IM--leave me messages if you want to reach me. Do you have my e-mail addy? That is easier than PM's because I can just hit "reply" and answer you real quickly, when I check my e-mails. LOVE YOU!! Thanks for your support and for being out there. I am still available for some quick questions if you e-mail me.

| Do you have any help with your move and getting yourself grounded? Where's your daughter? Any pals? One of us will help if you need it I'm sure. You can do it and stay focused. I want you to WRITE EVERY task down for the following day and stick to it. I honestly know what you are going through and without a list, it doesn't exist for us folks. Follow my instructions. I know that you will be more methodical and less emotional with a list. Follow it as if your life depended on it and get back to me. I was wondering about DSP. I am due for an order and didn't want to overwhelm you. I will keep you in prayer. Lots of love, Melissa PS - The divorce diet is the only good thing about it. Stay focused on your agenda and we are all routing for you.

| Dr. Beverly, i can relate well to the "ouch" factor of cleaning. one thing found helpful is to clean wearing the yellow rubber gloves, wear a mask, and goggles. i know sounds really retarded but what did at one time to not go half blind. take care, (LC). |

| Dr Bev, So good to hear from you and sorry for all the stuff you have to deal with. I know how hard it is to sort through things and also how hard it is to throw "good" belongings in the trash, but this is a time for a new beginning and a good cleaning out of the old. If its in question, I say toss it. That's what I'm trying to do myself. Take this opportunity to get rid of things you've been hanging on to and put your head in a new place. I divorced and moved 3 years ago so I have some idea what you're going through. At the time though, I wasn't having to deal with morgellons, which throws a whole different wrench in the situation. Keep at it, bit by bit you'll get the house emptied out. Just know that we're all here anxious for our friend and cyber companion to return. karen |
