It reminds me of that video of the girl with the wires coming out of her belly.
I had something very similar though a bit smaller come out of my shoulder in 2007. I couldn't believe it.

I know of others that pick the glass like shards from their skin and there are some in the urine. There are also crystals that form in the urine with black specks as a central like a heart. I have seen the crstals form in the same exact shape AND it super complex. Here are a few not perfectly the same like some but similar with black speck centers. OOOOOOOOOOOOO candy!!!!

I do not know but there they are right in the center. Black specks may be a seed of sorts or just a carrier of bacteria, fungus, viral components, who knows, The Shadow knows!!
