Ain't that the truth

Well it says it all.Today I received a card in the post.......from my vet.
She was on holiday and saw this and thought of me...I don't know why unless its because I probably spend more time in her surgery than at home and we are becoming like cousins.LOL
Anyway it was a drawing of hens eating and the caption read 'Ladies
that Lunch'.She said inside that she couldn't resist sending it cos after I told her what the chicks get to eat she thinks of the flock as 'Ladies who Lunch'.She was so sorry that she hasn't been able to do a lot with them healthwise knowing how well they are looked after but the problems were so varied and unusual, however, she would go on 'doing her best'.Which I thought was a nice gesture on her part for she is a nice lady,and I thought if she took her work probs on holiday with her it can't be much of a rest.
