| Friski, this made me smile as I am sneaky like you. I bought a salt grinder and some of the 'good' salt so that my grandchildren could have it on their meals. It is lovely bright red so the kids will like it only thing is - it also has a pepper pot and I think I read somewhere that pepper was not such a good idea. Maybe need to replace it with cayenne! |

| Hi, Lacey. I wouldn't worry about black pepper being bad for one's health. In India it is even used as a medicinal herb, and so is viewed as helpful to the body. I think much of the bad rap about black pepper originated with the Seventh Day Adventists, mainly with the teaching of Ellen G. White.

| I don't know if you guys have a TJMaxx or Marshalls in your area (or country!) but they always have huge containers of great salt. Speaking of sneaking, every time I make a juice or something special for dinner, if my son comes over, he looks at me very accusingly and says, "okay Mom....what's REALLY in this?" LOL Kritts |
