| What happened to The Natural Health Alliance?? This e-mail was sent to them by a trusted source. On 19/05/2010 13:46, Dear -------, Thank you for your email, and for your interest in our website. Colloidal silver was indeed banned throughout the EU from 1st January 2010. This ban was not due to Codex, but was due to EU law. Silver is a mineral that is not on the Food Supplements Directive (FSD) positive list. Therefore, the ban came into effect at the end of the FSD derogation period, which enabled silver to be sold up until the end of 2009 only. I hope that this answers your question. If we can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to ask. Kind regards ________ Dear ______, Thank you so much for the update on Colloidal Silver. Would it be possible for you to confirm if this EU ban includes the UK? I am not sure if the UK are full EU members, as we have not yet adopted the euro as our curency. Kind regards _______ Yes, I’m afraid that this EU ban does include the UK, despite the fact that we have not yet adopted the Euro as our currency. Kind regards, _________ |
