Hi Gigi,

That is great. What natural antifungals did you use?

Are you going to a doctor for your b12 shots? What was your detox reaction?

It is good you found out about that b12 deficiency.

Hi cynical!

I'm on a caprylic acid formula.. it's got a lot of different ingredients. Caprylic acid, GSE, Pau D'Arco, etc. There are many different formulas out there.. There was 1 month where I didn't take it (my doc's advice is to take it for some time and then take a break with it), but when I wasn't taking it, I was still getting better without it.

I am giving myself b12 shots.. about 3 a week.
My detox reaction was severe fatigue and lots of brain fog....

Hi Gigi,

Where do you purchase your b12 shots from?

Do you get nausea from the Caprylic acid? I seem to have that reaction to it.

I give myself B-12 shots every other day. I got it from my Dr, but next time I will order it online. I will order the needles online also because the drug store did not have the right size. They said the ones I use are shorter then normally used for B-12. I think it's because I'm skinny. Something to consider I guess when choosing the right size.

The B-12 does help me breath deeper without hurting my lungs,so I can work longer & harder. No side effects.

How do you order syringes online? My allergist was not even allowed to mail them. The office staff said syringes are regulated because of drug addictions and the possibility they could fall into the wrong hands.

I am now using a combination of b-12, b-6, thiamine and folic acid in shots. It helps somewhat to have more energy, but I don't feel for me it is the entire answer. That's because as has been discussed on the forum earlier I was exposed to ciguatera. If not treated immediately there are long term after effects including fatigue.

Well I didn't order them yet, but I think I can. I thought they sell them to anyone now to cut the risk of AIDS. You don't need a prescription for them in Florida. They are kept behind the counter at Walgreens. Yesterday was the first time I tried to buy them. The ones I use would be special order he said.
He said people usually use longer ones to reach deep into the muscle.
If these were any longer I'd hit bone. I can hardly grab the fat on my leg to give myself the shot.

Gaining weight will be a sign I'm getting better. I should weigh 110 at least. I'm 92 now.

That's interesting. I had no idea syringes were available behind the counter in some states. So I wonder why my allergist couldn't mail them. Off topic, but acupuncture needles are hard to find online. Most sites require that the purchaser be licensed to use them or a student at an acupuncture school.

Wow you are thin! Last time I saw that weight was in childhood. Hope you find what you are looking for as far as the syringes and that you gain some weight soon.

My B12 is prescribed. I get them from a compounding pharmacy in another state and they are mailed to me. My doctor had to call in the prescription.

I don't get nausea from that stuff, but when I was overloaded with Candida I could not tolerate any antifungals. I couldn't even tolerate one sip of lemon water without feeling die off!!!

Do you have a reaction to any other antifungals?

I have seen where you can order both online. Have not done it but I was just looking at a site yesterday.

By the way I ordered the "Morgone" gel it arrived today. I have larvae coming out. They also threw in a bottle of RED ARROW Lemon & Cream of Tartar with sulfur. I will let you know if it continues to work.

I was shocked at how fast I got it...

Default I want us all well, too

Fracty,
I just found out that my white count has dropped (again). I am working on the external and internal things. I really wish I could afford all organic. I buy it whenever I can. I understand that regular grocery stores carry some products. I get my peanut butter from Kroger.

And again, I REALLY LIKE THIS!!!! It sounds great! I love that ppl are making products for us.

The only reason I said that is because I have read comments from so many ppl (not just here) who are soooo sick and not getting better after months and months, even years, and when I check a lot fo them are only doing external things. I feel very sad when I see that. So I wrote that in case someone comes here and thinks, "wow, I'll get that cream and I'll be all better." I think it sounds great to get the cream. I just hope they will also do some internal things - even if only cutting out all the food w chemicals, etc.

I just want us all well now.
