| Just saw these interesting articles: Researchers identify cells that say 'scratch me' - USATODAY.com Also, this other one in the New York Times discussed insect-related diseases that cause itching such as malaria, river blindness, yellow fever. | When I first developed this "M", where I felt the biting sensation, there was (almost always) a hair from my head right at the point where I felt the bite. Soon after I found black specks a glitter coming out of my skin. Not much itching sensation, more like something biting me. later I had bright cobalt blue and red fibers shooting out of my skin. Ouch, it hurt. ~jonsi
