Activism

Not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but here it is anyway.

A fellow Morgie called me this morning and is looking for people to work with her in an activism effort.

She wants to join forces to do things such as identifying Congressmen and Senators (including state Senators) who you believe would be amenable to bringing the issue to Congress, and to petioning the CDC in a more forceful way than we have been able to accomplish.

She also is interested in the possibility of public rallys/demonstrations at various locations/events (such as the CDC, and an annual meeting of dermatologists in San Francisco).

If anyone has the time/inclination to be involved in this way, please email me (not PM) and I will pass the information along to her. She is currently travelling and does not have ready access to the internet.
