If I am not mistaken, the treeman was treated for HPV and ended up taking alot of Vitamin E because of liver damage the treatments were causing.

It's too bad that the whole, unedited version called "String Theory" on Mystery ER isn't available online. It was shown 8 times on TV, and will probably be rotated through again with the summer re-runs.

There is some mis-information that has been cycling through for several years, and unfortunately Dr. Stricker keeps repeating it and has spun a theory based on it. NO CELLULOSE has been found in any of these fibers. Years ago, the MRF THOUGHT cellulose was present, but subsequent research has determined that it is not.

Dr. Stricker is taking the agrobacteria finding (which is valid) and saying that it is creating cellulose (plant) fibers. It's nonsense, and he really needs to stop that.

That is correct - the "Tree Man" is cursed by HPV (a virus). No connection whatsoever.

Antibiotic/antihelminthic treatments have had mixed success. It seems some have had good results, while others (like me) got much worse with them. A good percentage of people trying this route have had initial good results, only to get worse later, and MUCH worse after stopping them.

There are other methods that have yielded excellent results as well, and are various types of non-prescription med approaches. In the long run, it makes intuitive sense that "health-building" methods would be better than methods that are known to create problems when used chronically.

No one seems to know why treatment responses vary. I personally know 2 people who believe that they may be "cured" by being Dr. Staninger's patients. I know I am not cured, but I am 99% (as far as I can tell - sometimes I wonder if anything is going on deep inside me that isn't producing obvious symptoms). I do still have enough symptoms to let me know it is still here, but they are not at all unbearable.

If you've tried natural approaches and been unsuccessful, and want to try the RX med route, I believe that Dr. Savely (who is not an MD) will share her protocol with your MD (if you are lucky enough to have a doctor who actually wants to help you).

The one thing that I think people should definitely avoid is anything that that says it will cure this, and it is a single thing, like NutraSilver or a special water. This is especially true if there are known long term health consequences (like silver) or if it is an unknown product with no independent studies to back up exaggerated claims (especially when the product is very expensive). Just my opinion.

Oh, that is not the whole show? On Motionbox, it is longer than the one on Utube. It was 15 minutes long. The one on Utube is about 7 minutes. Ginger Savely didn't say she cured someone in this video, just that she treats them with animal wormers which help and she said some other things. Dr. Stricker said we are turning into plants.
