As so many people with Parkinson's have the borrellia spirochete in their brains, I wonder if they would like some Lyme patient's brains too ! Hilly x From today's Daily Telegraph. 'People are being urged to donate their brains after death to help find a cure for Parkinson's disease. Around one in 500 people is affected by the condition and scientists need more brains to help find a cure. Those with Parkiinson's are encouraged to donate but experts also need brains from healthy people so they can compare their findings. The Parkinson's Disease Society runs a brain bank at Hammersmith Hospital in west London. Now we need a greater awareness of the benefits of brain donation so that more people come forward to register with us. Scientific research on brains both with and without Parkinson's is essential.'

Hilly: Lyme spirochetes also found in brains of those who died of Alzheimers. Spirochetes may be a contributing culprit to more disease conditions than we ever realized and many kinds of cancer. It would be interesting to test for that creature in the diseased brains of many whose death were caused by explained and unexplained pathologies. Wonder if seizure-related disorders are related to Lyme. Faithxoxoxo

Yes, faithinacure... that's what I meant... they found that pretty well all patients who died of alzeimers and had their brains tested also had the borellia spirchete (lymes) in their brains..and alzeimers and parkinsons have very similar symptoms. .. I'm going to write to the Hospital and ask if they would like brains from Lyme patients too ! I reckon mine has'nt long to go ..lol.. Hillyx Last edited by hilly; April 20th, 2009 at 10:57 AM.

Been lots of talk about people leaving their bodies for Morgellons reearch. The question is to what agency or researcher? Wonder if the MRF would know how to arrange this, or maybe even Dr. Wymore? I've been thinking about contacting "Dr. M" who is featured in her own show on Discovery Health. She is a medical examiner in FL and has autopsied many of the high profile deaths in FL, such as Caylee Anthony. She comes across as such a nice lady - compassionate, smart. I heard on Rense that average cost of an autopsy is $1700, but I've also heard that they can run up to $5,000. SS

A couple years ago, a woman paid approximately $3,000 dollars to have her husband's specimens packaged properly and shipped to Dr. Wymore. He died of morgellons and the whole family continues to suffer from it. ![]() ( If I remember, it was dry ice? ) I'd have to call and ask her why it cost so much, but it was to preserve the specimens without damage and then get them flown there to OSU. She still lives in Florida today.
