| Does any one have little tracks in their skin? Mine: -appeared suddenly (under my clothes I felt a burning sensation) -looked like someone had scratched me with a needle or a raw edge fingernail -got progressively more red -sting in the tub -are about 1 inch long, at different angle to each other -i'm pretty sure i didn't make them myself! (i had a raw edge on my thumb nail) -when they are scabbing up it looks like a sewing machine track where the "thread" is a scab on the skin |

| Seasprite - I had quite a few of those when I was very symptomatic. I think mine were a little closer to the surface because they didn't form any significant scabs. Looked like little scratches. Here's the scary part. I SAW one of these form. It happened right where I was looking (I was treating my skin at the time). It was just like a quick "zip", as though there was something within the uppermost layers of skin that moved quickly causing the tiny "rip". I know some people have much bigger ones with real scabs. There was a picture of Amy Winehouse that showed not just the lesions but significant "cat scratches" on her arms. I'm not saying she has Morgellons (though many have said that)...it's not for me to say...but the visual matches. SS ps - go here and enlarge the picture toward the bottom where her arm is visible. | Sprite~ I have had them also. Just as you say.. Also, I saw them appear after I saturated my skin with hydrogen peroxide because of the biting and stinging. It wasn't exactly where the war was but showed the waiting troops. Fascinating. After a few of those major applications of straight H202, they showed them selves and disappeared. Since then, I haven't (knock on wood) had any biting/stingings.........holding breath. By the way... I've also not had any heart palps (and I had some major ones over the last several weeks) since I added zinc and magnesium as our poster Dog Lover suggested. I thought it was because I cut out coffee....so I'm going to have some to find out. But I'm pretty sure it's the zinc and magnesium. We have been provided all we need on this earth to fight disease. The people on this forum are fabulous, n'est pas? xoxo Kritts |

| Yep, me too! I have long skinny white scars on my arms (mostly) where I don't remember having ever being scratched. Some are up to 1" long and there is a pattern in that there is no pattern in the "scars". Last year when I went to the "conference" in Austin I noticed a man that had hundreds of these "scars" on his arms. Also, Seasprite mentioned she had a raw edge on her thumbnail... my nails are splitting and so weak right now. Lots of sharp points on my nails. Love to all of you! In the white light, ~jonsi

| Jonsi - I had terrible nails at the height of this about a year and a half ago. Very thin, coming off the nail bed, and they grew very fast. After I added "Vibe" (you can only get it online) they got enormously better. It is a special formula for people who are low on minerals, which we tend to be. My nails are now better than they ever have been in my life! SS |

| My nails split sideways, as if there are two layers so I have to keep them short. My thumbnails have had vertical ridges for as long as I can remember. I'm thinking chicken pox (never actually got it, but I think I was a carrier) and measles as a child. Who knows which pathogen stayed in my body...must be the herpes from chicken pox. I'm going to order that and see how it goes. The interesting thing is that my sister got the thick curly hair and I got the thin, 'wrinkled' hair...she got the thick fingernails and I got the ridges. ( I did slam both thumbs in car doors in hasty exits LOL...which could not have helped LOL) Based on what I've read at my naturopath's office, lack of certain nutrients cause brittle nails and keeping them out of water when you wash dishes helps as well. I was an avid milk drinker as a kid, so I doubt calcium deficiency. I've wondered if I had inherited pathogens (my loss of hearing is caused by that) which uses any necessary nutrients up and leaves me with a deficiency. hmmmm. Kritts |

| Haven't done any borax baths lately, but when I first got sick and did not know what else to do I used them. It did flush out some of the more bizarre critters I have seen. I used to alternate with peroxide and epsom salts when treating myself then as there were not a plethora of self help forums or even information when I first got on the internet to search for what I might have. I was able to determine that within a couple of weeks by using a "black thread under skin" search, but it took me another year to locate this forum and then another year to actually sign up. Fortunately I had a lot of help using TCM herbs at the time.
