| Hi well, why am I posting this? Well, I am in Colorado, and above 5000 ft (6,900 ft). This disease can effect anyone in the west, in high elevations, during peak months of the year. To think, everyone in Colorado thinks tick diseases do not happen here, well why is a disease named after our STATE? ??? Oh, the best part is there is NO medicine for it, it is also caused by the woodtick, NOT the deertick. Great, I think i shall be . here is the link to read about Colorado Tick Disease: Click HERE (LC). |
