Default Lyme disease Trailer-must see

Hey all,

Here is a Lyme Disease movie. You think we as morgellons patients have it bad Lyme patients are bad off also. This video clip made me cry. It is sad that even for Lyme disease there is little to no research being done. And that for a disease that 200,000 plus affects Americans each year each year.

I checked out the trailer last night. It is a tragedy, especially for that teenager with ALS! How some internists are so ignorant.

A year ago, my old Dr. refused to give me a Lyme test (covered by insurance), just because I did not have the Bulls-Eye Rash. It seems like a few of these clowns only know of upper respitory infections or bronchitis and maybe give you the 3 day Zithromax. Otherwise, one must have a sommatization disorder or Muchausen syndrome.

Who "hopes" to be bitten by a tick? To think that kid could have lived 80 years and is wasting away into a shell when he could have been saved with 3 weeks of Doxycycline.

Hopefully this film will make it at least to the Art House cinemas in big cities, even better if launches mainstream.

PS: Also meant to say there seems a problem with the link...

Try going to http://www.openeyepictures.com

Then click on "Under the Skin" movie.

Hey EV - any ideas on why the apple website download for quicktime doesn't seem to work - it may just be me and my computer, but when I try to download quicktime, the website does nothing when I click on the links (I click on download and it gives the quicktime banner - I click on the banner and it disappears but does nothing else). the trailer doesn't seem to give the option to open the file with another viewer (realplayer claims it runs quicktime movies, but a right click on the trailer doesn't display any options). Don't worry about it if you have to do any work. I don't know if others are experiencing this or not. Thanks.

You're right. Thought it was just my Puter b/c I attached a firewall last night. However the women in the office told me that they all had major problems viewing it. I ended up downloading the very small version to desktop. Now that said, it works like crepe right now: You will hear the audio with pauses and see a lot of stills and occasional moving images.

A little frustrating. Maybe I will see if I can contact the site and let him know people are having problems.
