| Hello, I'm new here and I'm not sure I have morgellons. My mother suggested I join this site, she believes I have Morgellons. I have been diagnoised with Lupus for the last couple years, recently I've had a bad lupus flare where I've had awful sores, with hard crystals and black specks. this has been going on for about a year now. they are very very painful and difficult to get rid of. it's like you have to pick the stuff out or it just keeps hurting. I've talked to my doctors and dermotoligist and they say it's a normal discoid lupus reaction. My dermotoligist tells me the hard sand like crystals is cologin killed and hardened by my imune system and the black specks are the heads of nerves, (which is why it hurts so bad). but when I look at the symtoms for morgellons I have pratically everyone but most of it sounds so much like lupus I'm not sure. the one thing that has me thinking I might even have morgellons and not just lupus is that I've gotten small fibers coming out of one of my sores. a sore that just wont go away. the fibers are so small and thin but it worries me and the doctors I talk to say they haven't even heard of this disease and that it's all just lupus but the thing is is that I haven't been getting much better it's like these sores are here to stay. also about a year ago I suddenly got a spot in my blotch in my left eye. basically it's like having a gray smugde blocking part of your vision. I've seen eye speacialists and they all have no idea what it is. but when I close my eye it's actually lighter than the dark and I can see it looks like a bundle of threads moving around. sometime it looks like a little creature. it's pretty scary. anyone here have something similar to this? |

| Welcome to MDR. You may have Lupus, but you do have Morgellons. It's best not to say Morgellons to your doc as he you may diagnose you as delusional. You are in the right place for help. Read, read, read and read some more. Read the treatment steps , kbubb treatment steps, and all other steps. Read old posts. This will help you tremendously. Change your diet to all fresh food, nothing from a box, bottle or can or processed. Here is another bath soak that may help.. Use 1 cup 20 mule team Borax soak 30 minutes. Then another soak 2TBSP. of coconut oil and soak again for 30 minutes. This will help. Peroxide and salt is another good soak that helps. With a lot of work, you can get better. DISCLAIMER I am not a doctor and any ideas found on this site are personal and are NOT medical advice. You must take responsibility for your own health. Remember, God still heals. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. In His Love, Gator |
