| Hi all, I'm here because for the last 8 years, I've had skin lesions which won't heal for months. When they heal, they leave thick patches of skin for many more months. I'm also covered in hypopigmented (white) circles from past "healed" lesions where the color did not return to my skin. My general health has also been in decline with many of the "M" symptoms, noticeably for the past 2-3 years. Having said that, I do not think I have "M"...yet. I don't know what I have. My lesions look exactly like "M" or small cutaneous Leishmania, except that I do not have any fuzz, lint, visible bugs or strands. It was the CDC results news which came out yesterday which led me here, hoping I could finally figure out what is eating me...since clearly the medical community is no help. I've been reading posts here for about 16 hours, and except for the fuzz, I can identify with you all. Is it possible for the fuzz/stands etc, things that set "M' apart from other similar skin "unexplained dermopathy stuff", to start after years of the lesions? I'm just trying so hard to figure out what is wrong with me and keep hitting dead ends. My overall feeling is that it is some type of drug-resistant "bad boy". But what? Parasite, bacteria, fungus??? It certainly is depressing. Anyway, thank you for having me here. I'm interested in reading more for solutions. ItchIn |

| Hi Itching in Tex. You have come to the right place. You are welcome here and hopefully will find some help. If you have seen all the reports ABC Fox News etc. Today we are all just delusional, drug addicts according to the Mayo Clinic and the CDC. You will find some help from reading the Treatment Steps Archives. Bubba's Treatment steps are great. They helped me early on. Keep reading. Eating organic foods will help. Throw out the junk food, preservatives and artificial colorings along with sugar. Stick with us. Lots of folks here have lots of information that may help you. gator |

| Thank you for the welcome. Yes, I was treated like I was a hypocondriac or worse 8 years ago by the medical community. My GP said, "They look like non-specific spots to me. If you're concerned, you can go to a dermatologist." Ummm, I don't go to doctors unless I'm concerned. Lesions, or bug bites, which don't heal for months are concerning. The dermatologist two months later agreed with my GP, "Nothing is wrong. Quit scratching." Excuse me but something is wrong if my skin does not heal. I have been cooking whole foods from scratch the last couple of years, nothing out of boxes with unrecognizable ingredients. Right now I can't afford organics and grass-fed products, and I do worry that the big-AG and factory-farmed products are poisoning us. I have discarded the pre-processed foods, so it's a step in the right direction. Today, I decided to cut sugar and grains out of my diet for at least a week, just to see if my brain function or energy level might improve. I just started making fermented sourdough bread a few months ago, so not eating bread it going to be tough! I've also been making my own cleaning products with borax, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and lemons in case this is a chemical sensitivity. Thank you again for the welcome! | Well I got the fibers right away when the "symptoms" started showing... I had brain fog, coldness, itching hands, jaw problems, joint, dislocated jaw, short term memory loss, fibers, black specs, balance issues... ugh all of it hit me pretty fast about 2 weeks after I had taken Permethrin 5% for "Scabies" I still have had no lesions yet, but I am only 23 years old and I do not know how long I have had this thing because I do believe it can lie dormant for years. But right now my Diet/Supplements/Exercise which I changed (I have always been athletic/ run almost everyday / healthy) But since this I had to take that to another level. Right now I feel pretty Healthy, but I know inside they are still there just waiting for my Immune system to lower, or my pH to get out of balance, or they are just doing work on me already.... This thing sucks. -------------- However I am looking for a out right CURE. I want to try F-7, Calcium Bentonite Clay, and Dewormers? -- I am mainly afraid of using anything but natural remedies so the Dewormers I am a little scared of. I think I will try the Calcium Bentonite Clay / and Wormwood-herb (or any herb that helps against worms / maybe the F-7 / and then after that might try the Dewormers... But I need to be quick... and I am still not sure how this affects the Environment.... Lots of Questions need to be answered scientifically: Reinfection? -Fluid -Blood -Air Borne? -Does this hide in any type of "Fiber material" -Does it move? - Do we might have to live in a Glass house while taking the Cure to actually get cured??? Is it intelligent? I really don't know. -======= Scab seems to have specimens that could be tested for their genetic make up? Which may or may not help. (Have you had them tested in that manner?) I know for a fact I saw a tiny black spec move and start burrowing into my skin back when I had "Scabies/M/or both", I had to pry it out with my fingernails.... this is when I thought I had Scabies... though that might have been M??? I should have saved that little bugger... the first Doc told me to throw it away and she wasn't going to get it looked at.... Ugh why are Doctors so reluctant to TEST or to use a Microscope? -Fables |

| Fables, Thanks for sharing your symptoms and potential solutions. It is odd that the doctors won't just put the freakin' samples under a microscope and look at them. I only went to my doc, then a dermatologist, one time when this all started for me 8 years ago. I never have trusted the medical community, so when I do go in, I have a real concern about my health. The only thing the dermatologist did was run a dry Q-tip over an almost-healed dry scab and tell me to quit scratching. I doubt he even sent that sample for testing. I was hoping for at least a scraping or at most a biopsy. Eight years later I still have groups of lesions come up and now lots of scars from past outbreaks. Your thought about this hiding in fibers somewhat ties in with one of several theories I have. I wonder about GMO crops, including the fact that most cotton these days is grown GMO. E Coli is spliced into these genetically altered seeds to make them resistant to pesticides and plant diseases. Good opportunity for the "bugs" to become new Super bugs. Aside from the potential for new mutant plant and bug species, we're probably all eating and wearing loads of RoundUp, a product originally designed to kill all plant life. Thanks, Monsanto. I think nature is fighting back. I know I've been sounding like a conspiracy theorist the last few years since I started morphing into a "leper", but what's that old saying? Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean someone's not out to poison us. ItchIn |
