Hi everyone,
My name is Teresa, and my fiance and I have been living this nightmare for a year and a half now.
I am so fed up with the way we are all treated, and hope this is the place and the people who are ready to fight this thing. Together
I hope to find and share, what is working ,and what is not,in our battle to get rid of, or at least have a break from, this painful thing we all share.
I have been to my lowest, and ready to give up.
Now I am very mad, feeling strong from being told I am nuts.and think it is time to stand up and fight together in numbers and be taken seriously.
Bold as this may sound, Maybe a world wide Doctor office, clinic where ever we go for our care, or lack there of for what we suffer from, stand up and be heard is needed.
Something to help all of us who's doctors seem to think that no one else is suffering from this. So tired and hurt of being treated like crazy people. Treated like we are making this up in our heads, And not who we really are. Human beings suffering from something painful, mysterious,untreated and being made to feel like a fool and untruthful when you reach out for help. It is very depressing and like most, has been very costly.
I need some hope. and finding this site today has given me that.
Can anyone tell me why we are not heard? Why at this stage of the game the medical field still tells you there is nothing wrong with you.
Except.... You have delusions, you have mental issues, and even with that stated to me, I have never been offered any help for my so called craziness.
After all ,if that is what doctors truly think, Hand out the happy pills,pad me a cell. Just take what ever my soul has left and save me. Just seems funny , They can tell you they think your nuts, send you on your way ,with your bag full of evidence you carefully gathered for them, but they don't even treat you for the crazy person they have just diagnosed you as being.
Most of our doctors have known us each for years, and have seen what great lengths you have, or not have gone to , to care for your skin and body.
Always looking as best you can. Well as for me anyway.
And my doctor knows that about me, And has commented on how well I take care of myself and what lengths I have gone to for it.
And I am sure others out there have had their doctors know this about them.
So why? Why when you come to them with sores all over your body , something biting you , and at your wits end because nothing seems to be stopping them. They are Not healing , they're leaving scares no matter what you tell them you are trying to do to stop it. Begging for help
Why is it that our family doctors after all these years
They don't believe you and call you delusional???
Just seems there is something more to this picture.
Why is the only other man who sees me in my birthday suit at least once a year, Now telling me, You are scaring up the body you treated like a temple for 49 years, because I am seeing and feeling things that are not there, and both my fiance and me, are a bit nuts.
Just doesn't add up to this gal

I say we all Protest at the steps of the CDC.... If I was rich I would pay for everyone's plane ticket-- then I would call all the news channels, journalists, radio stations--...

A bunch of lepers at the CDC footsteps should get people's attention...
