Unbeleivable Mouth Pain

hI Have Had m For about a year now, my teeth are progressively getting worse(never had a cavity) my mouth is absolutely killing me.My gums have white streakes in them as well as a silvery white film around it , and my teeth in the surrounding area, are hurting as well. Seen all the weird stuff ,faces, creatures, threads, etc.. always in pain but this is almost unberible. does anyone have some advice for releif?

eugenol,the red cross toothache med found in the grocer store worked for me.I hade 8 large things come out of the gum area.Here is a pic,so that you will know when you get it out of your mouth.Unbelievable!

Rinsing with coconut oil a few times a day seems to help some too.

Rubbing Peppermint oil or clove oil on the gums may help.

Check the Ph in your mouth, it may be too acid, brush with Baking soda or gargle often with soda. Look at probiotics for your stomach acid your may not have acid indigestion but still have high acid. Also start eating PLAIN Greek yogurt, very high in protein, low carbs, low calories, lots of probiotics. And you are adding calcium to your diet to help your teeth and bone density. Add it to everything soup, and salad dressing, I eat at least 1 1/2 cup of yogurt daily. I feel so much better, since started eating plain Greek yogurt and my son told me about it. I eat it for breakfast every morning with frozen blackberries, Greek yogurt, and Kashi GOLean cereal(13 g protein, 10g fiber, 1f Fat), for some dumb reason cereal is not high in fiber for the most part. I also eat a lot of steelcut oatmeal, add flax seed(crush it first),it is so good for tummy and for you.
