Trying not to freak out

Thank you for the message board.

Unbelieveable but true! For the past 3 years I have been suffering from Fibro Symptoms that came on after I fell down a half flight of stairs. Chronic pain everyday, pins and needles feeling, chronic fatigue, itching on top of head.....All of a sudden I realize my hair is falling out and the itchy feeling on top of my head is now red and white patches, sores all over me and yes...fibers and bugs...dead and alive. My fiance has this too I am sure of it but is not taking it seriously like I am. He didnt witness the flying whatever flying out of a sore on my wrist, so he has to do more research....and my 13 yr old has a bald patch on the back of her head (not noticeable) and her hair is thinning like mine with 1 little bump at hairline....I didnt tell her that her hair is falling out...I couldnt not yet. My older kids think I'm insane I am sure!

This is a nightmare! This house has mold in the basement and tomorrow the old carpet comes out...

God help us in Georgia...

Please do not alarm your family especially the children, running around being overly excited will only damage your children.

They should hear no more about it, if you can give me a good reason to tell them let me know.

I can think of no reason.

If they tell anyone where you live the other familys will treat you like lepers, children do not need this.

If you need a excuse for people you have already told, tell them some sort of inherited disease

Change your eating habbits. Salt baths stuff like this.

Your daughters hair will most likely grow back in, I will bet a doctor would call it allopecia. Most often this will cover over in the young. I hope all of your children grow out of this, their immune system may have the ability.

I would like to ask you, at birth did any of them have any skin anomolies, ANYTHING, I do not care what, even if the doctor called it NORMAL.

Is there any other health issues your children have had since birth??

This malady has been with me 39 years now and the worst of it started 7 years ago.

barakas right, dont freak the kids out.. if their head itches, just try nix lice shampoo, kids get lice in schools often, so its not crazy if they need to shampoo..
its not something you announce from the rooftops, but kids in school get lice a lot.
the nix works for the morgy hair but dont use it too often..remember you have to wash bed linens at same time you do lice shampoo.
we replaced our carpets recently, BEST THING IVE TALKED MY DAD INTO YET!!
now, may i sugest put any extra blankets,towels, clothes into space bags before shoving them in a cabnet? it has made so much difference here...ive also peeled wallpaper and painted since ive moved back here, i used this stuff...its great and doesnt cost a lot
the last pic is my linen closet with stuff in space bags.. keeps stuff clean, bugs out, wash beforehand, and make sure theyre dry or you get moldys..

Hi everyone,new to this board. You are all right. I've been freeking out since 97 and it's made a wreck out of me. Take one day at a time and do whatever your body reguires,especially if it is rest. That gets me through the day better than anything.We will manage somehow until help arrives.Stay strong and some day we will find out how this started and what we can do to rid ourselves of this plague. I have had the thinning hair too. I have also aged a great deal in the past few years since the onset of this plague. There are doctors who will treat you but if you can't find one trust the folks on this list who will help you find herbal and home remedies. Read everything you can. You do have support here.

Georgia is contaminated with M,just google georgiamorgellons and you will get the point.I'm close bye and understand how to best deal with this dilemma,in my opinion.Salt is a life saver and is the best way to treat the lesions.Pinesol from texize has pineoil in it and takes care of many scary things such as fibers,fuzzballs,wiggle hair,contaminated clothes and bed linens.The ivermectin 10% dewormer paste along with the praziquantel 14.78% paste in my opinion is a must and needs to be done biweekly for 6mths. or longer.It saved my life and stopped the horrible symptoms from my thyroid,kidneys,prostrate,appendix and small intestine,sinuses,ears,throat,eyes,and stopped the tiny bugs from running in and out of the anal area.I had these things biting me inside my prostrate and made my repro fluid return from thick jelly worms to normal thin fluid.Ivermectin saved my life and salt made me look normal once again.I still have some small issues but feel that my life is almost normal.

ive never heard that falling started this, but anythings possible, i suppose.. have you changed living enviorments?

Thanks everybody for being so kind and understanding. This was the first board I found and I am so grateful I did.

Please let me clarify that a fall did not bring on the morgellons...I should have said, "After I fell down a half flight of stairs and things didn't improve with my back hip and neck I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia Symptoms. " Physical Trauma can bring on Fibro Symptoms but I am being to think that I may have Lyme.

I can't think of an skin issues that run in my family ALTHOUGH MY MOTHER HAD sHINGLES TWICE AND THE SORES THAT WERE ON MY FACE..oops sorry bout the caps, were 4 small moles that since this morgellon crap had gotten bigger and I accidently brushed over one too hard I guess and fluid came out. That's when I realized that they had all seemed to tuen into fever blister like places and not moles after all. Once the fluid came out they flattened. Now they have healed and are almost completely gone..I mean completely as if they never existed. two of them I have had since I was a teenager and I am 53. Check this out though....When I was 13 I had the chicken pox. After that is when the first two appeared....light colored moles I always thought. Weird huh...any ideas about these odd happening would be appreciated too. I did think I had shingles but the other sores didnt seem quite the same and no severe pain. Now we have found several of the little long stick looking thingies hiding in a couple of real moles. One on my back..it had 3 dark specks and we pulled out three that were just straight inward. Then yesterday a 'real' mole on my tummy had a mysterious dark speck and low and behold one had appeared there.

Do many people with this buggie thing also suffer from Lyme Disease. About three years ago we had a real bad tick issue. We live on a lake lot and there are plenty of deer and ticks. I never saw the bullseye rash but you don't always get the bullseye rash. Now my Fiance did get the damn thing and refused to go to the Dr. Claiming it wasnt the bullseye...it really looked like the picture on the net. We had both been bitten a few times too.

As far as my hair falling out and the redish areas on my scalp..and itching...I used my moutheash to saturate my entire head for about 3 days in a row and I think things are better now. Walmart brand..listernine type..had eucaluptis...etc...Strong strong stuff...

Did I mention My teeth? I will need false teeth very soon.
