But so grateful to finally be pushing myself out of my shell. Hi I am a single mother of four. Morgellons has taken over my life. I actually joined here in Dec.2010 but never really talked to anyone much and then went back in my shell. I have now posted one thread in morgellons treatments. I am soso worn out. My mind is so confused (especially at this moment), thankyou all for having me,please forgive the shortness, What can I take for this horrible brain fog and dizziness? Will write more when not so foggy

Good morning, There are a lot of people here that will have suggestions for you on the brain fog. Mine has lifted quite a bit, though I have not set out to deal directly with that issue. I guess every different thing you do to help your body to become stronger... the fog lifts a bit more.

| A few simple ideas to help you through the day: ~Turn off the television and turn on your favorite music. Who knows, you might start dancing & singing again. ~Go outside and sit in the sun for 15 minutes, vitamin D is important. ~Pay attention to what you eat. Look at the ingredients and stay away from preservatives. ~Take baby steps, this battle is a long one. It is hard not to get overwhelmed. You are strong! A single mother of four!!!!!!!! You have accomplished so much already. Remember that ![]() In the white light, ~jonsi

Jonsi is right about the sunlight. It is not just the vitamin D. My brain fog was caused by systemic yeast, so the sun really helped that. Also, my doctor put me on an antifungal. There are over the counter versions. I wasn't able to do much at all and last summer I didn't know if I was going to make it, but it helps to find out what is causing the fog and treat it.

Belle how has the antifungal affected you in the last year with the fog? What about the systemic yeast issue. Are you much better or just a bit better than a year ago.Did or do you have the lesions and if so how did you treat that issue?
