I am new to this sight, looking for support, help, ANYTHING to help me! I am going out of my mind and I'm so afraid! I have been dealing with crawling skin that started with my head and scalp and has moved to my body for 3 months now, and it is getting worse! I can't get any doctors to seriously look into my problem! I am having pains now, in my head, glands, odd areas, with no explanations or rhyme or reason to any of it! I am finding areas of my body, hands, arms, face that seem to have diminished, like there isn't as much meat under the skin as before. I am going out of my mind and I am so scared! I read about collembola and that scares me even more! I just want to die!!! Someone PLEASE help me!!!!

I really do know how your feeling.Your not alone.Almost every member here has been where you are today but have got through it in some way or another.
I found a recovery when I stopped eating processed food .My symptoms went away overnight. There really is hope out there .

I don,t even know what natural food is. Uranium is all natural so is gold and lead. I want none of that in my bread. Processed food is food that has been somehow prosessed and mostly means cooked as in canned. Theres even a new term out there "Preprossed" which can only mean it was processed before it was processed. Figure that one out. (Are Mc-nuggets really bad for you? Or just bad for children). Well if you buy them from Mcville the media without explained reason claims so. But if you buy raw chicken take it home and make homemade nuggets its often termed as healthy comsumpton. The only non processed food I know of is raw cellery carrots lettuce cabbage.....and still warm just killed bloody meat. If you cook anything then it will then become processed. OOPS! sorry gang. Carla you are a sweetheart. Forgive me? I,ll go and jump off a cliff now!

Now let me address this persons collembola problem. Salt on your scalp for two hours will drive them out. Three treatments at least. It does burn at first because of the tunnels (holes) they made.Work it up. Shampoo and table salt. Watch you hair turn color (lighten up). But it,s worth it. You will feel them as they excavate. Don,t worry about it being not epson salt. Its the salt they don,t like. Epson may even give them the nutrients to make them healthier. Don,t use idonised salt. Iodine makes them healthier. Salt is salt.

welcome too our board ahart4all. You will find many kind people who have suffered with you thru these same ordeals. I have had this for a year and half and for 6 mos did not know what I was dealing with. Had bugs springtails and 2 other types. and went from doctor too doctor carrying my bugs they looked at me like i was nuts. Jim has good advise with the salt epson did not work for me. I use pool salt keep coming back here it works sammy

Thank you so much for your encouraging words. This is truly the scariest thing I have ever experienced in my life! I am not looking at High Alkaline diets, and will try your suggestions as well. I know that for some reason, I have no idea why, maybe God told me to do it, I have put salt in my bath water and that did seem to help. However I am now out of salt and have to go buy more. LOL I am trusting God more than anything else to rid me of this horrible mess! It's maddening trying to get through a day of work and stay sane and look calm and in control! I HAVE to work! I DO have one question though. Am I contagious?????? Am I infecting everyone I come in contact with????? I am the hug person at work. Everyone comes to me for hugs, good Christian share God's love hugs. Do I need to stop doing that? I pray for God's protection on them all. I sure don't want to have to give up my hugs!!!! Know what I mean?

I put Witch Hazel on my hair tonight. I use it for an astringent on my face normally, but it has helped a lot with the itching and crawling sensations. At least for now. I will have to wash it out eventually, dreading that! I used a Lice Nit comb once I put it on, and noticed a lot of tiny black dots on the comb, along with the tiny silver fibers. It seems the tiny black ones disappear after just a few minutes, making wonder where they go!!! Anyway, it has helped with the crawling for now. I will try the salt shampoo when I can get more salt. All I have now is what is in my salt shaker, and that is iodized. I wonder if salt rock would work in my bath, like you use for home made ice cream??? What do you think?

Rock salt will work,,if you dissolve it first in hot water(best way),,then add to your bath water...
Dont drain the tub,,into a SEPTIC ,,,if you have one...(either re-route your drain to a proper grey water dump site,,,,,,or use a five gallon bucket to remove salty water from tub and dump outside,somewhere appropriate,,away from tree roots)


Salty water will kill trees,,and

Salt water will KILL a septic system,,pretty fast.....

Oh,,and Howdy fellow Texan!!

If you have an Attwoods or tractor supply near you,,you can buy bulk bags of good salt.

Dont forget feed stores too.

Thank you! I live in town so it's city drained water here. Yes, we do have a Tractor Supply in town and also many feed stores. Howdy back to you fellow Texan and Thank you again! I have hope again! Everyone is being SO helpful! That in itself is such a blessing! I STILL need to know if I am contagious. Do I need to worry about others getting this from me??? My bf stays here with me when he comes home on his days off from the oil field, and my little sister from China will be home in March and will be staying here with me! Is there anything I need to do to my apartment to help??? I bought some XMite dust for my carpet but have been afraid to use it! Anything special in the laundering of my clothes, bed linens, towels, etc????

Will baking soda work for the bath? I do have some of that on hand.
