| Looking for some help: I feel as though I have Nano-Bugs of some type, but maybe it is Morgellan’s and I’m in denial. In August, my daughter was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer, I returned to try and help her with her 4 children. Several months before leaving, I had experienced some minor itching from clothing. Didn’t pay it much mind, as I have a super sensitive skin, and just thought it was an allergy reaction. I rented a car and drove most the way with the sunroof open, enjoying the weather. That night my scalp itched. After arriving home, since my daughter was in the hospital, I was asked to take her children to the doctors as they were itching. The 10 yr old was diagnosed with dry skin. But, the one twin was diagnosed with Scabies. So, I was told we all needed to be treated. I stripped beds, etc., pitched out pillows, scrubbed floors with pine-sol, and everyone was treated. Everyone appeared to get better but me. I only got worse. After 1 month of itching, sores on my body, getting my hair cut, and causing every one additional stress, I returned home. During that month and the several since, I’ve tried everything: Scabies treatments, keeping clothes in bins, borax, moth balls, tea tree oil, etc. Nothing worked. One day, internet surfing, I came across the bird mite website. Since, I had been seeing specks and they called them "black-pepper mites", I was sure that's what it might be; except they never moved. They didn’t appear to be alive. On the other hand, I continued to itch, getting deep open sores, like mosquito bites and long red scratch marks. I kept finding black specks on the countertops, floors, tables, and most all my clothes. They appeared to be like moths, making cocoons in my clothing; holes, fuzz balls, tremendous pillage. I would see numerous pecking marks, in the tops of my underclothing/my lower back. I knew they were in my hair as my head itched uncontrollably, no matter what I did. I changed sheets and clothes daily, washed and stored clothing in plastic bins. I slept in a plastic covered recliner and bed. I hated night time. I started seeing some strange things occur; unbelievable phenomena. I saw threads lying on me, floors, and tables; anywhere! Red satin threads, I knew had come from clothing I had worn several days before. It wasn’t just a tiny piece of fuzz, but strands, long strands at times. Little pieces of paper formed like a very tight tiny cocoon…just anywhere. And the one that really freaked me out, was I went to leave the bathroom one day, and felt like water splashing on the back of my leg, and thought what the heck. I tried to see it but couldn’t. So, I kind of washed myself and went to walk away again, and it was still there even after I had toweled dried. Impossible! As I tried to look behind me, I couldn’t see anything, but water would splash on my leg when I would walk away. I mean your heart skips beats, and you wonder, this is ridiculous, can’t be. So, I sat down on the commode and there between my legs, hung this red satin string about 2 foot long, and this string was looped around a wad of cotton/paper about the size of a quarter, and hanging there. I hadn’t worn those red pants for two days. I was stunned! I would wash with brand spanking new clean wash clothes, not seeing anything on me, and yet see black fuzz attach itself to the wash cloth. Talk about Freaky Friday horror movies, this was Sci-Fi at its finest. I decided I wasn’t going to let this get the best of me, and I was going to start making excuses, to myself, try to be rationale about this, but as things continued I knew something was very wrong. I’ve tried to ignore the strings, hairs I find that are kind of like sheaves of wheat, wrapped with several loops, strands of hair. I removed the plastic from the chair and bed forcing myself back to bed again…but, I haven’t been able to bring myself to put the clothes back into the drawers. I made an appointment at the dermatologist, and called an exterminator. Traps were set, but I found no sign of bugs. The dermatologist assured me I didn't have scabies, but did a biopsy for my benefit. Benadryl & Zyrtec in hand, diagnosed with hives, I was sent home. It took 2 wks to get the lab report. I went back with more open wounds. The report stated, I had super sensitive skin, and the nodules were responding to sensitivity from the Scabies meds. I was sent home with 10mg tabs of Doxepin, refusing at first to take them because they are anti-depressants; I relinquished because of the antihistamines. Several weeks later, I am drugged, my body is covered with what appears to be bite marks, my clothes show signs of pillages, they're loaded with black specks, even after washing in hot water/ borax. I’ve dried them in hot temps for an hour, then stored them in bins for weeks, never seeing movement of any kind. Another Internet search for answers: At the bird mite/scabies sites, I was always perplexed because everything seemed to run together. I couldn’t figure out what problem they were trying to treat, and, no-one mentioned having bites with no signs of living life. No-one seemed to mention pillages on their clothes. As I related several things to my daughter who is an LPN, she said, "mom, please don't tell anyone this, they will lock you up."Back to the dermatologist with more open wounds. This time, I was given 25mgs of Doxepin to help me sleep better/more antihistamines, and I was told to apply prescription/medicated tape over every sore. I came home very discouraged. She felt I made the sores from scratching. The black specks and clothing issues weren't addressed. But, my skin broke out from the tape, so that’s been removed. I have found a product that somewhat helps my sores, don’t know if the ingredients are any good for you, or if it appears on a do not use list, but it is called Calmoseptine, something similar to a thick Calamine lotion. Having seen someone mention Morgellan’s on the bird mite/scabies sites, I thought I saw some Morgellan signs, but I didn't want to believe I had it..still don’t! I've done a lot of praying,(hope I'm allowed to say that) and on Saturday morning, I had my first breakthrough, so I thought. I had bought some new white t-shirts and they were sitting on my countertop in the bag, and I happened to glance and see a tiny, barely visible, speck. I put it in a plastic container with a lid. I saw a dish towel lying on the counter with several larger specks trying to get into the threads of the dishtowels. No visible movement, but, from my clothes I knew they were there. It held tight. I pulled one off putting it into the container. Picking up the container, I tapped the side and it jumped and I did a double take. Then as I moved my finger back and forth on the front of the container, the speck, moved/jumped. Sometimes, it jumped when my finger went toward it. I got a roommate to come and observe. Monday, I called the exterminator again. He didn't recognize anything in the container, but agreed static electricity could be causing it to move. Maybe move, but jump? I showed him the pillages on my clothing, and he admitted bugs usually do that when nesting. He told me to take my containers to the State extension office, to their doctor of Entomology and he would examine them for me, for mites/parasites. After driving an hour to the office, he wasn't there, so I left the samples. Monday night I surfed and read trying to figure out if these things were alive. I'm not educated in biology/physics/toxicology, etc. I found a phone number and decided I would make a phone call the next day. I needed to know if these things were real. My doctor felt the bites were coming from my scratching/she still does. The next day I phoned, unbeknown to me, the doctor answered. She was a little insulted when I didn't understand Morgellan's and asked if I had read the posted material. I said, I did but didn’t understand how these things don't appear to be real, but are eating at my clothes and me. I heard a word Nano material. I heard they can make them whatever they want them to be. The conversation ended until I pay for my advice, and get a referral. I was overwhelmed. I had things eating at me, my clothes, and meanwhile, my roommate has started itching, he is a 3 yr after treatment, lung cancer survivor. People think I've lost my mind, and I'm itching like crazy, most the time. I called the State extension office to see if the doctor had looked at my items yet. He wasn't there. As I frantically searched for something on Nanotechnology. While looking up phone numbers; the phone rang, and it was the Entomologist. He stated there were no signs of bugs or any type of life there. I didn't think so, as I would circle them and they never moved; but yet it moved in the container. Was that static? He said, yes. It appears to have some type of micro/static material/fiber/fuzz. I then stated, there’s something I don't understand about this. If I take a toothpick and tap on it, it will attach itself to the tip. I can turn it upside down, all around but it doesn't fall off. Why? He told me that was understandable, as he noticed underneath it appeared to have some form/type of Velcro material enabling it to hold on. After explaining part of what was occurring with me, he stated he had helped others with skin/parasite skin issues and offered to help me and my doctor any way he could. I hung up the phone, began surfing Nanotechnology. (Continue to Part 2) |

| I found several colleges given Fed grants, but could find no-one that would help me. Either they didn't know where that department was, or I was transferred from one place to another, winding up with the ever famous answering machine. I called the health department. They were sorry there wasn't anything they could do to help me. Again, I was like stunned. Here I am being eaten alive by something, my clothes are being destroyed and everyone wants to think it's in my head...can't help me? I had a doctor’s appointment with my ENT on Wednesday. I had developed a severe head cold at my daughters several days after arriving, where my nose ran profusely, day and night and my eyes ran uncontrollably. I wound up with a hole on both sides of my septum. When I went the first time, I asked the doctor if there was any way mites could be in my nose. He checked it then asked why? I told him my health had been compromised and I just wondered. Wednesday afternoon, I returned to his office. I knew my nose wasn't healed. I also knew these stupid things were getting in my nose. I even believe they are in my gums where I had teeth pulled for a partial plate. You know, when things make no sense, rhyme or reason, your mind starts trying to conjecture up an answer. I wore the white shirt again, and had gathered everything I could see as it landed on my shirt. I even saw several white ones that looked like little pieces of cotton...very tiny, minute. When the ENT doctor came in, I showed and told him I thought these specks were in my nose. He looked at them and stated they don't look alive. I said, “that’s right.” While examining me, several particles were found inside my nose. He decided to take a culture, and send it out for analysis. Before leaving, I asked, "doctor do you know anything about Nanotechnology?" He replied, he had read a little bit about it. I shared my thoughts with him knowing it sounds way off the wall; but, I believe these things are Nano Bugs, and for some reason, they are being attracted to me, my clothes, and I don't know what to do, who to call, or where to turn. He had no advice. Thursday evening was spent reading/surfing Morgellan’s sites. I am perplexed. I have some open sores, I haven't actually seen them coming out of my body, and I do find tiny dots on my table, floor, etc. And they are eating at my clothes, kind of making cocoons around themselves with the threads. In my case, I want to think they aren't attacking me on purpose, but, are just boring into the clothes, sometimes striking flesh. I called my dermatologist office and told them we have to talk. I asked the assistant to look into Nanotechnology and Morgellan’s. I go back in a week. That's where I'm at in my nightmare with my Nano-bugs or Morgellan’s. I truly don’t know if I have Morgellans. Maybe, I'm in denial. But, I do know something is making me itch and living in my clothing. This isn't no Sci-Fi flick, but a nightmare from Hell! |

| What I found helpful at my hour of need is linking up with another Morgie, someone you can always talk to when in despair. I talk to a few on yahoo messenger and face book. Don't worry about the red threads this is part of Morgellons. I have these come out of my face still when I exfoliate in the mornings. Exfoliation is a must, May I ask how long you have had something like this? because maybe this is the later stages of M. At first when I had strange things happen to me I was indenial loads, I thought it was just me being paranoid. A little research about M goes a long way I will stick by you if you like?.The truth is hard to come by when it comes to authority not many herbalist doctors that is unless you pay privately will help you. Many have spent loads of money on a treatment for M but nine times out of ten the symptom disappear only to come back again. Natural remedies I live by for helping myself. Life can be looked forward to even though it might not seem it now. I would just like to add that I agree with you that NANOs fibers get in our skin through certain clothes, I have always believed this is why I am being careful when I buy clothes. xx.

| Hi Daja... Look at some of the treatment threads to find relief for your symptoms. Living with Morgellons-Treatment Suggestions And look at some of the laundry threads to find solutions that have worked for others here. ok, so what about clothes??? This forum is a great place to find suggestions and treatments that others have tried with success. This can get so much better. Lots of us have found that changing our diets to organic, non-genetically modified foods really helps too. Best of luck... Xiblanque Last edited by xiblanque; November 7th, 2010 at 07:21 PM. |

| I noticed my clothes with pulls before I noticed the itching. New clothes. Since then, tiny pilage within days of anything I wear. I've even electrically removed them with one of those hand held apparatus, only to have more appear next time I wear it. I guess I don't know enough about this, to know how it's working. What I see are the threads, little pieces of like sculptured paper, lying around. The itching has gotten some better, but, when I put on a piece of clothing from the bin, I start itching terrible. It seems the only thing that helps is too put on new. If someone would/could take all these little balls apart, you would see something that looks like a tiny, tiny mite, almost invisible to the human eye. I don't know if anyone else has ever experienced this problem with Morgellans. My theory, something is in the air, maybe from the Chem trails, I don't know but I believe whatever it is, it is like a smart bug, something that reacts to clothing. Since I don't know/understand much about atoms, molecules, etc., I don't get all this. Thank you for replying. |

| Hi Daja, Please pay attention to what you eat! I do believe this is nano-tech and it recognizes toxins in our bodies. Don't eat fast food or go to any restaurant chains (no matter how fancy the name). When you shop for groceries read the labels first. Long-shelf life foods are poison to us "M"s, preservatives are bad! I used "bug arrest" to spray my clothes and house, pets, daughter, me ( ) & car. It is an organic enzyme spray. Call your local pet stores to see if they carry it. Bug Arrest If you can't find it locally do your own search to find the cheapest prices on the internet. I still use Borax for my laundry. I remember when my clothes bit me and it hurt!Stress contributes to our symptoms too. If you can turn off the television & listen to some good music it might help. Light a candle and talk out loud to the "M". Tell "it" it is not welcome in your body and is interfering with your divine purpose. GET OUT NOW And talking to someone else who has "M" is a big help too. I think if you pm any of us and want to share your phone #, we will try to help you. (Most of us have gone to the MD's and have been labeled DOP. IMHO pharmaceutical medicine does not work.) In the white light, ~jonsi
