Default Hi Everyone

I'd just like to say hi to everyone as I'm a new member and this is my first post.

I've been following the forum for a while and have found some useful info.

I know little about the disease and am finding it difficult to wade thro' all the info on this & other sites.

Just trying to deal with some of the symptoms best way I can - like everyone I guess.

Am interested in alternative medicine and natural treatments, probably because like most people I've got nowhere with conventional medicine. Fed up with docs prescribing toxic rubbish that make the symptoms worse.

My main problem at the moment is working out which of the many products to buy to help this. Also, some of them arn't available across the pond. Think we're a bit backward here.

Default iii-Hola' Chica-!!!

Howdy from Texas.
Welcome to MDR. It's a great board and the members are wonderful and very helpful people. I agree with what you've said about the natural and alternative treatments working well. It sometimes also comes down to a dietary change.
Our food sources are so fouled up these days. Switching one's diet to natural and organic and shying away from prepackaged/processed foods will definitely help. You may need to start cleansing your body (internally) at some point in addition to the topical treatments. Check out the posts and ask lots of questions as they arise...
welcome

Smile Thanks Xiblanque

I have read some of your posts & have seen you're into natural products.

My diet was okish before I realised I had this, but now it's better. I need to eat more alkaline foods as my system is too acid at the moment. Probably need to cut back on the vino - not that I drink a lot but it makes the head worse.

I think the Opaline dry oxy capsules (I'm not advertising) are supposed to help with a system that's too acidy, but I think they're only available over there. I've tried to find an alternative but without success.

Anyway thanks again.

Chica

Hi Chica,

welcome to the forum,

I have tried Opaline capsules they contain stabilised oxygen I browsed few sits here in UK and u can get stabilised oxygen in liquid form instead of capsules ............. whatever adds oxygen to your body helps ,,, can be in many forms not only capsules... green food rich in chlorophyll is one example of it ,,, the more the better ... real live food instead of garbage is helping me --

I'm Glad I took antibiotics, they took away that eyelash dandruff and some itchy orange peely skin around my mouth. Didn't cure me but That's Gone.

Default nice to meet you

hello everyone. I am new and confused. I have only recently learned of this "Morgellons". About 3 weeks ago My girlfriend was diagnosed with scabies, after an emergency room visit due to little black "THINGS" coming out of her skin. Sadly, I thought she was going "nuts", and in turn ended up insulting her condition. Once she wes diagnosed and given the cream to use, I also did a treatment for scabies (my scalp had been itching for a while and the feeling of fogginess and run down had already set in). I live alone, so I figured a thourough home sanitization was in order.
while using a commercial had steamer on my couch cushin on the steamed floor, my head started feeling "ALIVE". This was just beforei was to do the second cream treatment, so I figured it wouldnt hurt and I aimed the steamer at my scalp just until the heat penetrated. went back to steaming the cushin and in minutes my nose was itchy. when I itched it I felt something crusty. went to the bathroom and it looked like a scab in my mustache. with alcohol on a swab I wipped twice when, HOLLY S@%#, these things seperated and scattered. in a frantic I shaved my mustache with trimmers. The ones still left started strait for my mouth. I tried to stop one with a alcohol swab, but it
"sank" into my skin. AM I TRIPPIN OR WHAT? 3 solid days of research gave me the only answere I could find. I have had the crawly since. couple of weeks more research and I found all of you. Just in time to save my mind (not my job though. I still have a hard time beliving what I know (I even have samples from the swabs I used). ER says looks like scab through thier special eyes. I dont have the temperment for ignorant people right now. WHO DO I GO TO FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS? I AM NOT CRAZY AND I DONT DO DRUGS A^^HOLES.

That's what I read and believed for 4 yrs before going to the Dr.
Overall the antibiotics helped Me, I took the first series for 2 months.
I'm glad I took them, I was ready to slice my face to make the itch stop.
