Hi,

I just signed up tonight so that the government can better track me. : ) Anyway, I'm not sure how to even use this kind of sight so if anyone would be kind enough to point the way to the ropes for me I'd greatly appreciate it.

As far as mastering this site, it looks like u r doing great so far. And don't worry; if you stay here long enough lots of ppl will tell u everything u r doing wrong, Just Kidding!! (hopefully!)

PS - Speaking of government tracking (and all that goes w it), I heard again today from someone who works in medical funding that all of the elderly medical patients in one facility here in LA were just notified they no longer qualify to see their doctors under the new Ob ominableCare.

America better wake up. Oh maybe that is why they started putting fluoride in our water so we wouldn't. Sure am glad I was aware of that one years ago.

Just go to the main board (link below). Scroll down and you'll see the available sections that you can look in on or post to. You'll see the various headings like "theories", "treaments"...etc. Click on whatever interests you and that link will take you to further threads. You can participate in anything you like.

If you want to stay in touch with the threads you've participated in, scroll down BEFORE submitting your post and you'll see under "additional options" something called "thread subscription" it is set for the default of "do not subscribe". You'll have to click on that and change to "instant email notification" if you want to see the posts other make to the thread.

Just fool around and look at all the links to acquaint yourself. We all just find our way.
