Default introduce myself

hi to everyone, i have been reading of your site for a few months but i didn't join because my computer is slow. but i'm going to try anyway now. i've been sick for at least 2 years. many doctors and misdiagnosis' and "dop" just a few. i don't know how ya'll can work. "yes i'm from the south" i have not been able to work for about 6 months. i have always been a very happy and active person. i loved life. but that person is gone. ive wanted to die several times in the last year but i have three sons and even though they are grown i can't do that to them. this site and the mr.common sense site has been the only thing that has given me any hope to keep trying since i found them.and i want to thank the people who keep sharing and trying to help us. i'm not good at this, but i'll keep trying. i hope i can make some friends because right now i have no one i can talk to . sorry for the length. i'll quit for now.

Default Hi Sleepy

Welcome to the MDR! You will find lots of helpful advice here - I really don't know how I would have made it without others' help. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm not completely healed (you'll hear that quite often) BUT I'm so much better.

I'm herxing and detoxing alot lately so I feel quite sleepy myself.

Thanks for being here and I look forward to hearing you say you're feeling better!

Glad you joined. I just joined a few days ago also. I think you,ll find a lot of responsive, kind and very bright people. Esp. considering fatigue many suffer. I,ve read a lot of back posts today. Did not realize just how bad off so many are when I joined. Not feeling to sorry for myself now. Welcome to this board and a heart felt good luck to you.

Hi Sleepy,
so sorry u r having such a hard time!!! I do think that as mentioned above, you will find at least some ideas here to help you feel better. Even tho your computer is slow I hope u will keep posting. It helps to have friends here.

On a lighter note, we all share something so bizarre.... it's like we are all the stars of a sci-fi movie. Invasion of the Body Snatchers or something. No one would believe them either. Or Alien, or what's that one where they can't go to sleep?... well, I'm joking and I don't mean to make it worse. In the movies in my head we go thru all these horrifying adventures, but then we win in the end like every good hero should.

And finally, if we are all picking dwarf names I am calling shotgun on "Snow White." (I know she's not a dwarf.)

Well, I sincerely do hope you feel better soon Sleepy!!! Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help.
Hugs to you!

LOL, xib and fracty, I think I understand your take on this, at least seven ways. Glad we all can still laugh...life as we are learning is all too short.
