could we be mould generators?

just a theory.. could our bodies b infecting our environment with mould and fungus instead of mould and fungus infecting us?.. my recent home had no mould but now i see mould developing on the wood panels around my bath.. its actually rotting slowly

Yes. I believe so. Before I really knew what was going on, I would get really ill from mold spores coming off my body. I would get ill cleaning up around my house (I had a high candida load, so I knew when I came in contact with mold/fungus). This is also what I believe makes people itch around me when I was at my worst. I also had black mold spores coming off my hands and spreading on my furniture, dishtowels, and dishes....! I was horrified when I realized it was happening.

Anyway.. I bought an ozone generator, and ran it only a few times. As I cleaned up my body, the ozone helped eliminate the spores in my environment and helped me feel better.
