new development with my morgies scalp hair fibers. normally when i pull them out and i pull them out a lot they normally come out with long white transparent roots. now they breaking into tiny pieces the size of eyelashes. the scary part of this is that each of there small pieces are very much alive and capable of digging back into my skin.. im so scared of them falling into my eyes nose mouth and ears. iv had morgies scalp for more than 3yrs and this has never happened before.

Hi,,Lab,,,,you might try washing hair with oxy-magic(let it stay on hair for at least 3 min.),,,and then re-wash hair with lye soap.. This is just a suggestion,,because it worked for me....

LR, Hurtin's idea sounds very good. You might also want to spraying a thick glob of thick hair spray on before you go to sleep. That is what I used to use. The brand here is called AquaNet. It is the cheapest brand, but has the strongest hold. I literally made my hair into a "helmet" but it kept the things from going in my eyes, etc. while I slept. You might also want to try any oils you can get there. I use something that includes Citronella Oil. I spray it on just about every day and it helped very much. If you don't have that type of thing where you live, do you have herbs you KNOW and can gather? Or do you have someone who can get them for you? If you have a place to boil water you can dry the herbs them cook them down and make your own treatment. You might also try putting Periwinkle ON your scalp if you have it. Don't eat/drink it tho.

Hi Labrat, The best thing you can do is get in a hot shower and run your hands down from your scalp from every direction thr your face and eyeballs do this firmly you will feel the stuff stuck between the layers of your skin.it def needs to be removed! this is how i have healed my entire face and almost every single 'wrinkle' by doing this.definitley do not let it buildup in the corners of your eyes i used to wake up every day and my eyeballs would be glued together by the goo(disgusting but true!) til the day i lost my vision completely! it tookme three yrs to remove the majority of this from my skin it still is deep in the top of my scalp and i still have a good sized bald spot there also but there is hair growth just won't grow i haven't had to cut my hair in yrs(seriously) i cut it when it was spreading in my face i could feel and see my long hairs beneath my skin.it still amazes how much stuff i have removed and can still feel 3yrs later! Good LUCK! Robin

Labrat, Just to clarify, I also used the water, but only to wash out the treatments I had put in. I used a lice or fine tooth comb w something slippery so it would go thru my hair and combed out the "things." But the important part if yours are like mine were, I DID NOT let them touch my skin when I could help it. I still dont. What I do is stand to the side of the water, run the comb thru, and then rinse of the handfuls of "hair" that come out. If I let it go on my skin, or was not careful to make sure I rinsed off every last speck, it would burrow into teh tissue and start a little bump or sore. So, just something you might want to watch for. Good luck and let us know how you do. Oh, if you have Milk of Magnesia there, someone said that might work too. I was going to try leaving it in my hair overnight.

Fracty, Seeing how they reside in our skin is the reason they need to come out! they are living in our hair follicles so that means they are imbeded in our skin think about the lesions how deep those go. i'm happy a lice comb and treatments worked for you but depending on how mild or severe the infection is will affect what works for us.a lice comb would not have helped my scalp at all ![]()

Ya Robin, i did not write my experience very clearly. NO WAY, NO HOW would a lice comb alone have worked for me. I mean it was sooo bad... and I am still watching in hopes it will not return. What I meant was, those were just a few of the things Ii used. I was trying to find inexpensive things, and things that might be easy to find in south Africa. Like you said, we have to get the stuff out, so I would use all the treatments I mentioned above and more. Then at times I would pull a lice comb thru my hair. W each pull I would see TINY little white things. They moved in between the rungs. I saw them do it many times, very slowly. I would get them off w toilet paper, or a thin piece of paper and then toss it. It was so exhausting and it lasted MONTHS! Other times, HUGE chunks of hair would come out (sometimes I just use a regular comb). But when the hair came out I felt relief because a lot of it was the "fake" hair. So yes, lice combs alone would not work - my guess, not for any of us. But it may help WITH the other things internally and externally. I think all the ideas in this thread are good ones to try. I also had some luck w LiceTrap enzymes, but then it did not work after the first few times I tried it. Plus SUPER expensive. I have an interesting video of the white things. You can see the coiled up network inside - thru the white. But it is too big to post online. and my editing sw - I'm not able to access it right now.

I haven't had it in my scalp. Maybe because I dye my hair ? For some reason I can only use White Rain Shampoo. Even before getting M. If I use anything else I would break out around my hairline. And Never go to bed with Damp Hair ! Maybe White Rain does not contain something other shampoos have?
