| Yes sd it was used all the time years ago on the land.Look it up and you will see it is used for pointing and is much better than conventional cement etc.My reasoning is to paint walls etc its a thin mixture. Will put several coats on and then try some paint on the top if needs be.But this is why it was widely used cos its antifungal.Same way that ladies always used to put a pinch of bicarb in the veggies whilst cooking. Def a no no for bathing though... you may be fed up of your body at the mo but that way ya would end up with no body at all.lol. its the murderers powder of choice to dispose of a body quicksticks. Anyway have just chicked 2x25kg bags all over the garden..and I dont care what plants it kills.not that there are many left as long as it gets rid of some of this ****

Zig~ "...colloidal bentonite-montmorillonite mixed with powdered Plantango ovato blond psyllium seed plus husk..." Reminds me of that old Berger King commercial ending with ...."on a poppy seed bun" (can you say it 10 times fast?) Anyway that sounds like a winner to me. I had a thought about painting the ceiling. What if you mixed something like DE in with the paint? I know they already have anti-mildew paint, so that would be a good idea too. But the LIME! FABULOUS IDEA!!!! I'm definitely going to do the same. I think if we imagine ourselves back into 1945 we could see that everything they used killed things naturally. Way before Monstersanto sold its soul (if it ever had one) and came onto the scene. BTW..thanks for such a nice thing to say...I'm printing and putting into my special folder for my kids to read at my funeral ;-) (folder's pretty thin...). Jonse~ those things you mentioned (although not sure about the chilis) cause allergies because of fungus. In fact, I've just been reading so much about fungi and rice, corn (big time) and peanuts are mentioned so often because of fungi. Dried corn esp. Oh, and stored grains of any kind. That's the problem with wheat and other grains. People think they are so healthy when in fact they should be eliminated from the diet completely (stored grains) This is why they used to THRASH grains in the old, old days and probably why people used to get all the diseases and die young. Prolly why boiled peanuts became popular in the south also. xoKritts

It seems there are more than one form of DE. The crystaline form does the slicing and dicing. Pest control Diatomite is also used as an insecticide, due to its physico-sorptive properties. The fine powder absorbs lipids from the waxy outer layer of insects' exoskeletons, causing them to dehydrate[3]. Arthropods die as a result of the water pressure deficiency, based on Fick's law of diffusion. This also works against gastropods and is commonly employed in gardening to defeat slugs. However, since slugs inhabit humid environments, efficacy is very low. It is sometimes mixed with an attractant or other additives to increase its effectiveness. Medical-grade diatomite is sometimes used to de-worm both animals and humans. It is most commonly used in lieu of boric acid, and can be used to help control and eventually eliminate a cockroach infestation. This material has wide application for insect control in grain storage. Diatomaceous earth - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi There D zig, I say "DITTO " . I have given up cleaning and cleaning and cleaning and ..............I am sick of living such an abnormal life, BUT we must keep on keeping on for our selves and others. Pleased to meet you. Welcome to our pad. Some people have used the cream you mentioned and mixed it with flowers of sulphur and it worked for them. Be sure to wrap over it. It smells BAD, but it seems to have helped some folks. I tried it a few tiems and it helped some but left my bed, clothes and washer and dryer very smelly.very smelly. Finally threw the clothes away. Are you doing soak baths, have you tried MMS? Look up BUBBA's treatment program. I found some help there. She recommended Am lactin cream. EXpensive and full of chemicals so I didn't try it. I have a left hip full of lesions and nothing has gotten rid of them. Oh. how they itch! I wet my hip with ACV and rub it with seasalt and do not rinse it off. It helps with the itching. I just know someday we will have the answer. We just have to! Glad you found us. Share anytime. there will be someone to help you or at the least listen to you. We all need and depend on one another. If God leads you to it, He WILL lead you through it. Gator

D. Zig, I have been through the cleaning thing, too. It seems to help to clean with alcohol (91% Isopropyl). That's what I use in the bathroom, anyway. My hubby helps me vacuum, cook, and clean. I too have found kindness and support here. Glad to meet you even if it is under these circumstances.
