hello i have had what is called morgellons for almost 3 years now. was also clinically diagnosed with lymes. going to the infectious disease doctor mon in bowling green ky. my personal physician is lost and gave me the referral. trying to hang at work. missing more every month. my lesion are so bad right now and working in a dental office presents a problem when you look contagious. live alone and struggling to keep my bills afloat. no health insurance is a kicker as well. although the medical community has not been much help. the treatment section was wonderful thankyou moderator for your time and definition to some relieve. most of my eruptions seem to be neck and above. sprayed with vinegar full strength. burned like you know what. strange where there were no eruptions the vinegar brought them out. also have like scratches or track marks if you will all over shoulders and back breast bone. please offer any support or knowledge for my journey . also how many have infected others family coworkers ect. ?
regards and praying for peace

Be sure that you get a GOOD Lyme test--not just an Elisa test, unless that was already positive for you. (if he does another test, ask for a WESTERN BLOT test, from IGenix labs) it is often more accurate.

Please consider trying DSP cream & Eco-Vie cleanser--they really help with the lesions.

If you are wearing a mask & gloves when you work, the only other thing that I might add is just to consider wearing a disposable surgical hair-cap to keep any possible eggs from hair from falling into client's open mouth while working bent over client. Other than that, I doubt that you should worry about contagion, because of the other basic precautions that dentists have been so careful to take, ever since HIV.

back from the infectious disease doctor. yes i live in ky. she dismissed me with no real ration or reason for the lesions or rash. asked about morgellons. she said the cdc was only trying o stop an inter-net epidemic. thats right. told her about the vinegar and how angry it made the eruptions. she said no doubt stop that is like putting acid on your skin. when i said that the rest of my skin had no problems with the vinegar she left the room! back to base 1. and 200.00 less dollars. work is a problem with lesions, working with the public. tired and confused.

Freeman,

so sorry to hear what you're going through. I can't imagine what it must be like working in a dental practice while dealing with these type of symptoms, not to mention the discouraging experience with the Doctor. I'm sorry I have no helpful hints for you on taking care of those lesions, but as you get better acquainted with the site and treatment steps, I'm sure you'll find some ideas that will help your situation.

On to healing, I believe you've found the most helpful group on the net.

Freeman, I'm so sorry about what happened at your doctor's appointment. I just don't get how a doctor can see these lesions and not even help. You'll have to read bubba's story. Her healing is such an inspiration to us all.
