| Hello, Thank you for this wonderful site and your loving support. I am pretty positive that I have Morgellons. I have lesions on my arm that are tunneling, painful, itching, biting etc, esp. at night. All the symptoms of this dreaded disease. I first notice a smooth glassy looking small bump on my arm that I thought was a wart. Over time it got itchy. I tried to remove it and could not. It finally came to the surface more and then I could pop it out with a needle. After that is when the lesions came and now they are spreading fast. I don't feel the fatigue though and actually feel pretty good besides worrying about giving this to my family. I don't know what to do. Am I suppose to move away from my family or do they already have it too? Years ago, my family recovered from flesh eating MRSA boils and we beat it naturally, now I think that Morgellons may even be worse. I didn't think that we would encounter anything worse than MRSA, now I am beginning to wonder. Any advice is greatly appreciated, CC |

| Hi ChatCat I have had Morgellons for years my wife has a little on her legs.I didn't move and it has turned out ok. For me DSP cream is very good at treating the bumps and itching. There is very good people on the site and a treatment progam you can try WELCOME to the site take care Nick |

| Welcome Chat Cat, Ditto to what Nick said. Meanwhile, try to keep your body alkaline and stay away from processed foods. Use bottled PURE water from a good source. Bathe in epsom or sea salt. I'm wondering about that MRSA you all had, whether or not it's still in your system and either mixing with something or compromising your immune system altogether. Best thing is to read through as many posts about treatments as you can. Oh, and very importantly, take tons of vitamin C and don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. | My best advice is.. to live your life as normally as possible. There seems to be a fungal element to this, so just use cleansers that kill fungi, and to keep your environment as clean as possible. It appears that there is something in our water and/or food/environment that we are allergic to... and it might be genetic or some sort of chemical imbalance that causes some of us to show this evidently and others - not at all. If your lesions are on your head, upper body, then use precautions when cooking food... if you feel you're contaminating your carpets, furniture, this fungus doesn't appear to grow without moisture, just by someone sitting on your furniture cannot transmit it unless possibly they are sweating and/or wet and we're not even sure of that. Using Baking soda on your carpets and furniture and laundry (salt) helps. Live your life as normally as possible... and welcome to the forum. | Welcome ChatCat, good to "see" you here!! For good support, you joined a very good site. For information, you joined a very good site. What more can I say? MDR is loaded with Integrity. Although we don't have the answer yet, there are many here who are doing research and who have some knowledge required to do some serious investigation as well as maybe having some research contacts.. I lack knowledge in biology, micro and macro. Not a tech geek either. Sometimes it is hard for me to understand some things which are being posted about. If this happens to you just ask or send the poster a PM. I have always received positive, informative, and very caring and giving feedback of any questions I have asked or PMed. There is no such thing as a stupid question, most especially in the realm of this hideous filthy stuff. As well, there is no question which is too embarrassing to ask or post about.

| My situation took 38 years to manifest, I have had most all they symptoms, some small some major. With my case I would say the garbage only spreads thru fluid. I have lived in situations long term and they did not get one thing, even the people I slept with they seem fine , forgo tiny problems that could be mistaken for seperate problems all together, things such as Alopecia or Keratosis. This problem we have should be called (volumes disease) as it involves volumes of symptom disease's. We don't know yet if all of the symptoms come to all of us over time OR we are catching them as time goes on. Tomorrow is the future. Oh I forgot, MRSA is very likely a connected disease. | Hi all, Thank you so much for your quick responses. I have found them very helpful and it helps to calm me down. I have been spazzing. I appreciate you all! Boy, this stuff is trying to spread rapidly. I think that I may have found something that calms it down. I found info about sulfur while researching that may help to deal with Morgellons. I realized that I had this shampoo that has sulfur in it and tried it topically on the outbreak and it did a great job of calming it down. Here is more info about the shampoo: nanotransformation.com/products-that-work/jasons-natural-shampoo-with-colloidal-sulfur.html]Jason's Natural Shampoo with Colloidal Sulfur | NanoTransformation (Sorry I can't post websites until I have 15 posts, but here is the info above) I couldn't sleep tonight because of pain, movement, etc. so I put more of the shampoo on and it did help again. I hope this helps you all, God bless, CC PS. I will post more info about the stuff I am using that I think is working. |

| I am sure it spreads, but it does not spread quickly, IT REVEALS ITSELF for some reason. Maybe the body has to take a stand finally. Possiblty the immune system is weakened beyond its ability to keep it from taking over. I think its more the bodys immune system revolting, before the outbreak I had a immune system test and it was way up there. Its just an idea as nobody as of yet can roll out the problem on the floor and pinpoint all of its caracteristics!!!! |

| Baraka - I'm with you on that. I would go even further and say what many of the researchers have said - everyone has been exposed to whatever causes this, but it is only being expressed in certain people. Lots of possibilities: - genetic predisposition (either inherited or chromosomal damage from things like radiation) - immune malfunction (not across the board, as with AIDS, but specific) - overload of various environmental toxins (mold, chemical pollution, vector-born infections, etc) - too many prescription drugs These aren't discrete issues, but overlap and one may lead to another, such as Lyme leading to compromised immune function. Personally, I don't think that any of these are primary CAUSES, but they may be issues that allow "it" (whatever that is) to take hold and grow in the body until all hell breaks loose. With me, I know I had this a minimum of ten years before it exploded. SS |
