Hi Every One , I Am New To This Site And Morgellons .i Finally Found A Doctor Who Would Listen To Me And Tell Me What A Had After Suffering For 5 Months. I Was Happy And Depressed At The Same Time. Happy I Finally Had An Answer To This Horriable Itching And Sores But Depressed After I Found Out It Was Morgellons And Not Much To Learn About It , I Have So Many ?'s Can Someone Pls Chat With Me Maybe Give Me Some Answers To My ?'s Thx Susan From Ct

Sorry you have this awful thing too. I felt exactly like you did at first .Such relief and despair at the same time.
Just remember that your not alone and that will stop you sinking into depression.

Hi Susan! Welcome. Lots of nice folks here and helpful info. How in the world did you ever find a Dr. in CT to confirm your diagnosis? Barb M. is from CT also, there are quite a few New Englanders here. I am not too good at navigating the site ,but I am sure Carla can lead you in the right direction depending on what you need to know. Is your Doctor treating you? If so, with what if you don't mind my asking?

I am from CT and believe I brought my "infection" with me to FL in 2005.

Where in CT are you from? In addition to Barb M., we have Emily from CT.

It would be helpful if you posted your story on "Morgellons Syndrome", and to fill out the Morgellons Poll. (Look on the home page for these categories).

Usually, the more detail you can provide, the more helpful people can be as far as making recommendations.

I, too, would love to know who the doctor is. If you are uncomfortable posting the name publically, can you PM me?
