Heres another good site Jay.The girl who started it,Jo is a member here.

Morgellons UK - Campaign 2009 - Raising awareness to the Public and Professionals

Heres the reply she got after asking The Department of Health what their intentions were regarding Morgellons.

Dear Ms ,
Thank you for your e.mail of 11 August to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) on the
subject of Unexplained Dermopathy, also known as "Morgellons". The CMO has
asked me to respond to you on his behalf.
With regard to the Government’s plan for addressing this condition, our approach is to
investigate the symptoms of each person who suffers from this condition on an
individual basis. The symptoms associated with this rare condition are wide ranging
and non-specific and it is important that individuals are thoroughly assessed in the
first instance by their GP, and any treatment tailored to their individual needs.
You may be aware that the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC), based in Atlanta, has commissioned an objective scientific investigation into
this condition, and the Department is awaiting the results of that investigation. In the
Department’s view, it would not be a good use of resources to conduct research in the
UK as this would duplicate the work being undertaken in the United States. Currently,
the cause of this condition remains unknown, and there is no evidence that the
condition is transmissible from person to person, hence its continued medical
description as Unexplained Dermopathy. There is as yet no universal or specific
treatment for this condition.
I would like to thank you for writing. I note that you refer to being 'in contact with
missing patients'. The Department's advice to any such persons is to seek the advice
of their GP, and I trust that you will pass this advice on to those with whom you are in
contact.
Yours sincerely,
Dr -------
Head, Infectious Disease and Blood Policy Branch.

Default Jay

Hello Jay, When I first discovered I had this awful mess I had the problem with things moving in my nose and ears, a lot on my face and head. I started using a neti pot with their pre-mix of salt and soda. I also brush my teeth with salt and baking soda and then rinse with peroxide. I am not having many problems with the nose or ears now. I do believe the salt runs them out. Rinse two or three time a day with salt in water. The neti pot flushes out the sinuses and nose. I use mine daily. Try it! It should help.

We all need help from time to time and this site is an excelent place to find information to help you. It has been a life saver for me and my sanity. Take care, DD

Smile UK Physician List From Biolab

Here's an online list from the UK with doctor who use their alternative system. According to them "The Biolab referral list is a list of medical doctors specialising in nutritional and environmental medicine, and allergy."

Hopefully it's okay to post this, as the information is already online. It is the most comprehensive list of doctors I have found to date from this area who might look at treatment in a bit more understanding way than do traditional medical physicians:

Smile JG

Hi again, I am sorry the salt is not working for you. A neti pot is a little device that lets you irrigate your nasal passages, mine looks like a little teapot. It really lets the solution go way up the nostrils. Sometimes I drip water for an hour. LOL!

Are you on a protocol yet? I am so sorry to hear that you are having such an awful time with this. Give a shout anytime you need to vent. There are some very good suggestions on the treatment thread. Take care, DD
