well I do love a good tan and vitimin D does seem to help.... not getting much from the sun yet..Michigan weather to cold for that right know... thank goodness we can get D in a bottle =]]] My story started a year ago and I have had many of the of the symptoms and strange things happen to me that I have read on here and other places I did not realize there was so many of us I thought I was alone in this its not like u can talk about it to just anybody without them thinki g ur crazy...so I am so happy to have found you all here=]]] My 16 year old daughter is now getting this too...so my wanting to learn all that is helping other people...may help us! we have over active thyroid Ibs and aching joints and no energy have pimple like sores that do not go away and much more could go on forever........but you get the point I am sure! |
