Hello! I just joined this forum to look for information concerning morgellons, which my wife and I contracted this summer, and to share our observations with others. James in Colorado

Hello, James - It is interesting to have a newcomer who doesn't seem scared to death! Stay that way, it will help you get better quicker. Where and how do you think you were exposed? How are the two of you feeling? Do you have specific questions? SS

| Thank you for your kind response to my introduction. As you've said, it's a shame we have to meet like this, but I'm grateful for your openess and support. Have any of you experienced a mass exodus of small, pod-like larvae (?) from your skin after prolonged massage over an affected area with combinations of oils, lotions, and aloe vera? Yesterday, I wrote a lengthy explanation of the observations and experiences my wife and I have had since contracting Morgellons. I am relatively certain that we have this condition due to microscopic photos a friend (who's a cell biologist at Wayne State Medical School) took of countless fibers/specks produced by our skin (in addition to our physical symptoms). However, when I tried to post this explanation, either my computer or the Net ate it:<( Anyway... After receiving my obligatory diagnosis of "delusional parasitis" from a local dermatologist, I'm doing my best to understand this horrible condition and attack it from the info available on the Net (and from my direct communication with the few doctors and scientists willing to discuss their observations re: morgellons). My understanding is that many believe this is a parasitic condition involving at least one secondary infection. I've also seen credible evidence that suggests the primary parasite could be mites or filarial worms. It is interesting to note that these are not necessarily exclusive potentials. In other words, if a secondary bacterial infection is responsible for the fiber/specks, and if moregellon's skin sores result from a long term build up or the fibers/specks (or the body's immune reaction to these structures), this bacterial infection might be introduced through any number of different means, including parasites (worms and mites), contaminated water or direct contact with morgellons material, or an insect bite. I mention these potentials because they may explain in part the seemingly innumerable case histories (and disease progressions) of morgellons. For those who are infested with a primary parasite, it would be crucial to kill and remove the parasite since it's possible that antibiotics/colloidal silver would not affect bacteria inside the parasite, i.e., we would need to both kill and remove the parasite and the bacteria outside the parasites (in our bodies). At this point, these issues are a matter of speculation and personal observation. I would greatly appreciate anyone's similar experiences with larvae-like pods leaving the skin and any observations that might link these structures and morgellon's fibers. | The lesions are more like tumors as they have a case, center of blood engorged egg looking things. I have a funny feeling the yellow goo is behind any and all secondary unusual or parasitic infestation as it is hormone like and reduces our immune system to nothing but a transport system. This is at best conjecture BUT I have seen the yellow fluid form structure very quickly it has perfect and exact in shape. The strait lines are equally thick, they bend when they get to a juction all the same open on the ends at every junction, these do NOT overlap in anyway. It is growth of some type, it is not in the shape of a leaf but has the symetrical forms. There are also very small fiber growths starting with a speck of dirt in the center, maybe an open egg, most have two sides but some have three, the three stemed ones have perfect spacing, if they have two fibers they stick out strait from each other. I believe the worms and such are opportunistic invaders. Why don't they do some lesion /tumor biopsy's they will quickly learn these are tumors or do they already know that and that is getting to close to their CASH COW, CANCER and all the other TV maladys that this creates. |

James - I wasn't sure if you were saying whether or not you have lesions - it seems that you don't. It doesn't matter, because I heard two doctors who treat this on the radio discussing the lesions and they said that the lesions are eruptions that develop as a result of having so much of this stuff inside that it bursts forth. And it certainly seemed that way to me. When I "extracted" using oils massaged, as you described, these things that seemed like tiny larva came out of unbroken skin as well as the lesions. I also had a ton of other things come through my skin as well. Without a doubt, the scariest thing I've ever experienced in my life. I will offer my experience because I have 99% improvement. I contacted Dr. Staninger and became her patient. She starts with a thorough evaluation. You do NOT have to go in person. She will work with your local doctor and send a list of labs to have done. She also has you fill out a history and a symptom check list. She communicates regularly with my doctor, who is Board Certified both in Internal Medicine and in Integrative Medicine. (If you have trouble finding a doctor who will work with you, tell me approximately where you live and I eill check to see if I have any names for your area) She will do an indepth analysis of your toxicological exposures and tell you methods for clearing your body and restoring your health. Many of her patients are symptom-free (not cured). It becomes a life long committment to a clean and healthy lifestyle free of chemicals. She has done a lot of research and you can read her report on: staningerreport.com I have to warn you, her findings are not what you might expect. She states that is caused by nanotechnology, and ridding the body of it is a process of dexotifying. SS

Baraka and Sadsack, Thank you for sharing your information! Btw Sadsack, I live in the Colorado Springs area, so I'd like to know if you know of any doctors that treat Morgellon's effectively in (or near) CS Springs. Btw2, I definitely do not discount the possibility that nanotechnology may cause Morgellon's. My primary reason for wondering why your doctor believes this is that many of the Morgellon's cases I read about supposedly predated the nanotechnology age. However, since what we don't know will definitely kill us (or make us miserable), I'm willing to consider anything. Sadsack, a "99% improvement" sounds great to me! Can you tell me exactly what your treatment/lifestyle entails? Thank you. Best regards, James Last edited by James_PK; December 24th, 2008 at 07:40 PM. Reason: forgot to include info

Hello again James, I just wanted to interject that nanotechnology is not necessarily predated by "Morgellons". Since we don't yet know exactly what Morgellons IS, and nanotech has been around a lot longer than we think, this is why I make this point, which...is my personal opinion only. I think some components of this bizarre disease have been around for many, many years, but something new has been added to the mix. Something new and blue. And red and translucent and grey and black. For some people, something abalone, or something very much a real fly. I think bio-engineering, nano-technology and whatever else we common folk aren't aware of technology-wise is very much a part of what we have. I agree with what Sadsack said about having so much of the organisms in our systems they are coming through our skin. I'd like to add that my naturopathic doctor said that the presence of lesions means we have a strong immune system. I don't know whether or not that is accurate. If you do not have lesions now, you might later. From my research, there are many 'diseases' or infestations which manifest themselves with lesions. By the way, you are a welcome addition to this forum as you seem very level-headed and intelligent. Kritters

Hi James, I used to get the mass exodus with Aloe Vera too. I've had one today for no reason . I think getting last years Decorations out of the loft was a bad idea. carla
