Hi

This started for me about 2 months ago. Searching the internet, I found the symptoms that seem to match Morgellons. There was a bird's nest above our windowsill and they had just flown the coop. There was a dead baby bird on the ground. I stood near this baby bird for about five minutes and felt a tickle and a bite. I was wearing sandals and could see a red mark - the kind of red marks that I and my family now have been getting since, along with smaller bites that look like mosquito bits and tiny red marks.
That is when I was exposed. A week later, the creepy crawling up and down my legs began. My husband thought I was crazy. A week later, he began to get bites and my one year old began to get bites. My husband has not had the internal problems, thank God. I have been to 4 doctors since and no one believes or will help me with my real problem. I have a 1 year old who is also battling this with me. I did not know that such a hell on earth existed.

Hi Kendra,

Make sure you locate any empty nests and remove and burn them. I would suggest you put something in there place that prevents them from making a nest there again. It sounds like bird mites to me. They can be very difficult to get rid of if you do not nip it right away. Hope your little one is ok.

hi kendra welcome i am glad you found this forum. there are a lot of members here that can help guide you through this. there are good treatments and suggestions here also. i hope you and your family get some relief soon. gumball
