One school of though is that the Morg need the bacteria to live. If as with Lymes and other TH1 diseases, you are over loaded with bactetera you are more susceptible to opportunistic diseases like, I guess, Morg...

Welcome! Glad you are here. I was on the Marshall Protocol for Lyme Disease for about 3 months. In that time, I began to get worse in my Lyme disease process rather than better. As my immune system took a nose dive, my body became weaker and I was much more succeptible to the parasites. My doc actually took me OFF the MP to see if I did better without it. I am starting to recover and am re-gaining my strength slowly. The lesions/fibers/creepy crawlies were not affected by the MP at all. Just my personal experience.
