Default Hi from Arizona and Utah! I'm glad to be here.

Hi, my story is like others with this terrible affliction, but I feel some hope since finding this board. I'm so excited since learning that there are things you can do to alleviate it that I have stayed up all night reading posts. As a general FYI, I put both Arizona and Utah on my greeting because I recently moved from one to the other.

I have had morgellon's since 2001. I was teaching 2nd and 3rd grade in Arizona when I began having lesions, fibers, and declining vision. As my health deteriorated even more, I had to quit working in 2004. I thought I was going crazy seeing science fiction-like things happening around and on me. I have had severe mental stress and it has affected my family greatly, like the administrator's friend to whom the board is dedicated. We have lost my income and racked up medical bills at the same time. After all the doctors, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, depression, panic attacks, sleep apnea, and post tramatic stress disorder, but not morgellons. I made the mistake of taking a sample to a doctor and was labeled with delusional parasitosis, as I believe many of us are. I know that all of the above medical and mental problems are really from this disease.

Now I have some hope after finding this board. Thank you all for your information and caring in this community. I look forward to being a member.

Default Glad you are here

Hi, i am a mom, nancy.....using my beloved dogs name because he started me on this strange path. I have spent many nights for the past two years studying about this, and since last summer finding these lesions under my facial skin, and removing them with soda. At this point in time, a person named salfry on this board has connected my reports on lesions to the marine animal bryozoans. The behavior matches up and so here we stand, pondering how the heck that could be. You will be a great help to all in sharing your experiences and with Gods help this strange mystery will be brought to light. If you click on members, then on the first letter of the screen name, you can read all the posts by a person. If you choose to explore salfry new "broyozoan challenge" theory, let me know what you think. I am excited about the possibility of this slow growing, but difficult to remove lesion, being (my challenge) Reveal,Remove, Reverse, Restore. God bless you and welcome to this group. Kind regards, nancy

Hello dorbrowne,
Welcome to the best site on the web. You will find enormous help and support here. Start with Bubba's treatment steps. I have improved dramatically in the last fews months and that is not small order considering I felt literally like I was dying and was covered with hundreds of "bites" and lesions. Many people here have made great strides in overcoming this and your story is very familiar to all of us. Let me know if there is anything I can share with you. Have hope! You are no doubt going to be doing alot of reading...don't stay up too late....prayers...Linda

Hello dorbrowne. I'm glad you found us, but on the other hand sorry you have to be here. We have a couple of things in common. I teach as an ESL instructional aide and I also live in Utah.

I know you will find everyone at this forum very helpful and supportive. Check out the FAQ and try the treatment steps. The steps will provide the relief you need.

I wish you much success in your healing process. Keep us posted on your progress.
