I'm about the youngest here, too. I moved to a retirement community because I thought it would be quiet and there's no carpeting on the floors. It is quiet, except for my neighbor directly upstairs and the open-air Mexican rodeo a few blocks away that plays loud Mexican music at all hours. But for the most part, my neighbors are in their 70's and 80's. By the time I get home in the evening, they're in their apartments for the evening and I rarely even run into anyone.

Default When I drank

When I was a heavy drinker, not a drunk mind you but compromised to the point that I used eggs to wake me up.

When I got off my motorcycle I would get into my home throw some egges into a 2 quart and fall fast into a astro plane surfing the heavens, I am not exactly sure how long it does take for the water to boil away and the eggs to explode and stink to high heaven but I would imagine it was just long enough for me to recouperate for that evening was here and if I wanted to catch my second daily lesson on HOW TO LIVE LIFE IN THE FAST LANE AND NEVER CRASH, I had better take a shower and get with it.

Boiled Eggs work well as timers in a pinch,

Boiled Eggs also work as quick snacks for those that do not get enough protein, the building blocks of life.

I love eggs and would love having a healthy excuse to eat more.
Hi Sojii good to see you guy's. I think this might be that protein like meat! can have parasites in the muscle tissue eggs are a clean or I think parasite free protein, that's all I can make of it, hope that helps

The safest eggs for us is organic, cage free and cooked thru. No runny yolks. I have mine with Emerils seasoning with 2 pieces of gluten/wheat free bread every am

I wouldn't recommend eggs from caged hens which have been vaccinated.
Find someone local who keeps free range chickens and you won't believe the difference in taste.
