easy vegan chocolate pudding

heres the recipi. It will post the original recipi and also show how I substituted almond milk for dairy and stevia for sugar. That way you can try what ever one you like ,dairy or vegan.

easy chocolate pudding

2/3 sugar
(I use 2 or 3 packets of stevia instead)
1/4 rapunzel organic NON GMO cornstarch
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk (almond breeze) or make my own)
2 tablespoon butter( I use earth balance butter substitute)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar,cornstarch cocoa and salt in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.Bring to boil over med heat , stirring constantly and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and and vanilla. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Ready in an hour or two.
