| Hi Dizzy! I also have a great recipi for vegan chocolate pudding made with almond milk if anyones wants I will post it. Today I strained the almond mild through a fine seive and it was even better! im going to add the left over ground nuts to my veges tonight. I also made peanut millk and it was interesting but not great . You can make any nut milk this way in the blender . i would love to try cashew milk! Toots

| Oh, the pudding sounds good Toots. Bet it uses natural sweetner, too. Please post the recipe. I just lazily bought some Silk almond milk original (it was on sale) and it is good. You probably can find unbleached cheese cloth in the health food store for straining the milk. I use it to strain herbal tinctures. If you have an old linen tea towel you can use that too. I line the strainer with the cheese cloth and then most of it has dripped through I gather the ends and twist to get as much as I can out. I will have to get unlazy again and make some almond milk myself as it probably tastes even better than the commercial kind. A warning though, for those of us who have viral infections, nuts may cause problems as they contain a lot of l-arginine. I do not use nuts every day. Also I take l-lysine to try to balance it all out when I do. Hopefully some day there will be a cure for viral infections just like there is for bacterial infections, that is if the cure is not overused. Meanwhile chocolate pudding! The comfort cure. tcm
